STAFF ARE THE WORSE, they had a person who stayed inside the entire time and sat next to my mom. what is the Employee office for?? very uncomfortable, the lady kept coming up to me saying its a hard exit. she made it known that despite her being there, her boss is also watching on the camera.

I told her that the ESTIMATED capacity was 25 people and 33 people ended up coming. (8 additional people). She charged an additional $90 which was fine but how aggressively they approached me for the money turned me off, Zelle was temporarily down the staff lady watched the alert come up on my phone so I told her lets give it 5 MINUTES and I told her that I would download cash app In the meantime. She comes up to me 2 minutes lady saying that her Boss said to try again. I SAID YOU GUYS ARE PUSHY, lets give it 3 more minutes. Again I was just trying to give it 5 minutes before re- trying and once the minutes were complete it worked.

The lady I booked through Stephanie was unprofessional and you could tell she wanted to argue through text so I just ignored her and said Good Bye

Dont give those type of people your ENERGY. Staff sat next to my MOM during the entire event instead of going into the the employee office.

The Spot LA is one of the dopest if not thee dopest places in the LA/Hollywood Area to record and just be creative in general! To the professional studio rooms they have where you get great quality work with great professional engineers, to the mixing and atmosphere definitely a great place to record (4/20 friendly) and get your next hit at! As well the multi purpose room they have where you can perform or do a show, Rehearse, Take dancing lessons etc, and they have a photography studio where you can take pictures and shoot your next video as well! The staff is friendly and truly care about there clients, You are not just a number they make you feel as family and genuinely want to help your vision and where you want to go! Honestly it’s a vibe all around from the moment you walk through the doors and I think that is most important when doing anything creative, if you are looking for a home to record at this is definitely the studio to come too I know I’ll forsure be coming back over & over cause the vibe & quality is all the way...

This place is great! You walk in and you can feel the energy and history of Hollywood there. Countless performers, models, and musicians have walked inside the building. It has a great feel to it. If you need a studio often this is a wonderful place for it. It's not expensive which is a life saver these day. There's always available free street parking. It's quiet. The people that work there are helpful and nice. I look forward to...
