Great customer service. I booked my nephew’s party I believe a week or a week and a half before his birthday since he really wanted to go to laser tag. We were under the impression of having 12 kids, but the day of his birthday and party (which was yesterday 03/30/18) everyone cancelled coming due to transportation issues. There were only 3 kids which included my nephew in the count to come overall. I was highly frustrated and could not figure out what to do also on top of being exhausted from work. I did not want to use the party room for only three kids and I also didn’t want to come out of pocket for the entire cost when no one was truly coming. I was also concerned whether my nephew would be upset being that 75% of his party goers cancelled. When I arrived, the party host approached me and wanted to go over everything. I was too tired and upset that all I wanted to do was sit at a table and relax my mind for the moment. I explained the situation to her and the manager. They were really sincere and helpful. They accommodated us so well that the kids had a lot of fun including my nephew. He was so happy that he didn’t care that mostly everyone cancelled. The adults even had a good time watching the Pelicans vs the Cavs game and then later playing games. Truth be told, I haven’t played games since I was a sophomore in high school which is 10+ years ago and I only played two games and had a blast. I felt like a kid all over again for the moment. I truly wish I could remember their names, but please forgive me for not doing so because I was extremely exhausted from the work week. In the end, I would really like to say thank you to the manager and my host for being understanding, allowing us to sit in the open seating area, not complicating the party what so ever, being very attentive, and making it so great that everyone enjoyed adventure quest overall (even when I did fall asleep for 2 mins from being tired from...

I booked a party here for my 2 girls back in April 2022. (I’m a busy mom so it took me a while to write this and I was contemplating on if I should even do a review.) Anywho, my family and I are new to the area so I went for a tour of the facility. I was able to reserve a party room- through Hannah. She was knowledgeable, and comforting. So thanks. I booked the Ultimate package ($349) because it had been two years since I was able to give my girls a party so I really wanted them to enjoy themselves. I was aware that the package included 12 children, and that any more than that would incur an additional fee of $23 per player if added on. At the start of the party, there were less than 12 children but as the party went on, more children arrived. The host (I forgot her name and it wasn’t written on the invoice) asked me every time if I wanted to add them on. I was so busy with dealing with the other children or parents of the children that I immediately would say yes, not noticing the uptick in player numbers. At the end of the party, I paid out (and left a nice tip) but noticed that I was charged an extra $92 for 4 additional players. Mind you, these kids were only there for roughly 1 game and received a $2 arcade card.
As a company, I think there should be pro-rates or alternatives. Looking back, it would have been more cost effective for me to simply pay for the arcade cards and the 1 game for the additional 4 players as I don’t think it was worth the $92 upcharge and I already purchased the highest package on the menu.
The takeaway from this is that we will not book a party through this company...
Read moreI brought my son here last year and it was great, but I brought him again about a week ago and it was filthy. The floors and gaming machines were yucky. The bathrooms were not clean and every mini golf club was sticky (yes, every single one- I checked). The mini golf section is lit with black lights and the clubs are neon, so you can really see all of the grime on the golf clubs. I should have taken a picture, but I didn’t think about it at the time. I was grossed out to say the least. I wouldn’t blame the employees working, it was clear this place desperately needs a professional deep cleaning. If the company invested in that, the employees could maintain it and there would likely be more money coming into the business. For example, my son wanted to have his birthday party there in July, but it’s just too dirty. I’d be embarrassed to invite his classmates’ parents. It’s a shame because it really is a fun place! The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is due to the quality of the staff. They’re very accommodating, attentive and polite. I did notice a few of them walking around cleaning while others were helping customers and manning different play areas. I hope corporate sees this and addresses this issue without reprimanding the wonderful staff. Thank you.
