I would recommend going elsewhere for eyelash extensions. They charge $250 for a full set and mine barely lasted a week! Plus, they give you zero instructions on how to take care of them at home. I came back in for them to “fix them” and I still am having such bad luck with them staying in. It’s really embarrassing to have SEVERAL eyelashes fall out daily. When I tried to ask for a refund, they told me that my eyelashes were falling out because I don’t have “healthy natural lashes” so they can’t hold the lash extensions on. That’s not even true but if so, don’t you think that’s something they would have told me before the service? They would clearly rather just take my money than do good, thorough and honest work. Victoria called me and said there’s nothing more they can do for me but give me 15-20 dollars off on my next fill. 😆 Why would I come back just to have you guys do the same exact thing? That’s not a solution! I can’t speak for all of the services that they offer but do not waste your time getting eyelash extensions here. They will just make constant excuses as to why they should keep your money even after doing a horrible job. Maybe if you guys invested in better material or better glue or whatever it is, we would have no issue here. It is not OK to charge people that much when you don’t have the experience or talent to back it up. If I could leave zero...

I don't know the owners. I was a walk-in client today for a shellac (gel) mani. To me here's what will get me to a nail salon again and again:

Is it clean? This place is crazy clean. In fact I watched them throw away every single thing they used on me, tools and all. I asked about it and the owner said, "He provides disposable tools for his techs for cleanliness. "I care about my clients." I GUESS SO! In addition, next to the nail stations, he has installed wall vents so all the odor is sucked out and we don't have to smell it. AMAZING!!

Do they use high quality product? I could choose between OPI or CND. I use OPI and they had tons of colors of each brand.

Is the tech well-experienced? Yes, I am very picky - most of us are - Deanna did a great job.

Is it a pleasant atmo? Very nice. Quiet music playing, beautifully decorated in pleasing colors (grey and teal). Not crowded like some places where we feel like cattle being herded through, if cattle had manis/pedis. Here's the best part about the decor. On the wall they save us from looking at hands with polished nails. So sick of those! Instead, they have beautifully framed pictures of animal's toes and hands. So cool!

My lash technician was over an hour late my first appointment. She rescheduled my second appointment, which I graciously accommodated. Fast forward to my 3rd appointment, she is trying to reschedule again and basically told me if I can’t come at good time for her which is 730am on Sunday then she cannot do my lashes for me. She is telling me this 2 days before my appointment. An appointment I made over 2 months ago. She had all this time to let me know she couldn’t do it and waited until the very last minute. Those of you who get lashes done, you know as well as I do that you can not get a full appointment 2 days before you need it. What does she expect me to do? Unprofessional business and as a single mom, she only thinks about herself and her schedule, but does not consider the fact that I’ve already paid for an extra hour and a half for a sitter when she was late the first time, then had to change my schedule around to accommodate her scheduling error.
