Absolutely terrible. First you walk in and have to wait behind a rope to have someone from the back of the store let the rope up. Also, you can’t even look around without someone following you. Only one girl tried to help with the fragrance section, even at that she was rude and picked up every bottle we tried to grab. If a costumer tells you they just want to look multiple times then please let them walk around a look. Also the only person in the store with my sister in law and baby and there’s a security officer following us around. It was so unpleasant when you feel eyes from every direction stare at you. Just because I was in work clothes and not dressed I did not get the costumer service other people did before they left. They looked at me so ugly. Ugly personality that works there, rude workers, and just overall disgusted by how we were treated. I was so interested in the baby clothes but the workers attitude ruined the experience. Out of all 7-8workers they did not have to put a security guard on my back. The only time the rushed and had manners was to lift the rope and let you...
Read moreI have always shopped at chrome since the time it has opened. It's very refreshing to see how far it has come in its growth all around, especially in its staffing. I met Griffin today she is the assistant manager very very lovely positive attitude she took the time to help me with my questions on some new designer hand bags from Austin Texas. And I loved how she promoted the empowerment of women everywhere and spoke very highly of their take on customer service and how they care about their customers! Also there is another associate named I believe by the name of Ashton he helped me get my mom some great sunglasses by Marc Jacob's for mothers day he was super great and attentive from the very start of my experience today in the store. Chrome is never a let down in its atmosphere and quality of products, this place is amazing. Thank you to Griffin and Ashton again. Come shop here you...
Read moreThe staff is insanely nice and the place is huge with tons of stuff. It's crazy, it looks tiny from outside, but once you step in, you find out it's actually pretty big. I loved the stuff they had there. Unfortunately, however, the stuff here is INCREDIBLY overpriced. You think the jeans on that display are cute? How about after you find out it's $200? Yikes. Even your basic graphic tees were in the $30-$60 range. Not sure how they expect to be raking in the cash when they're placed right behind a university full of broke college students. They'd be getting a helluva lot more business if their stuff was even close to affordable. I thought the clothes at the SUB and The Matador were expensive. This place makes them look like Goodwill! Good stuff, terrible price. Don't come here unless you hate...
