I shop at Kohl's rather frequently because I like their selection of Men's clothes and the sales that they have.
I wanted to shout out a particular employee who works there named Kelsey! - Unlike the first woman I asked for help who acted as though I was interrupting her life because I asked a question. - Kelsey took the time to stop and really help me!
I was searching for a particular type of slacks that I could wear for work. I knew what I was looking for. And I found them! But they only had 3 pair and they were only in 2 colors. I needed 6 pair, and I wanted some other colors.
Kelsey showed me that although they didn't have any more in store, I could look on line to see if they had more of what I was looking for. Turned out they did have exactly what I was looking for, and in all the colors I wanted, too! Kelsey even helped me to place my order right on my phone, and she made sure it went through so I'd be sure to get what I was shopping for.
Kelsey is the best! I wish you had more like her that worked there!...
Read moreI haven't been to a department store in ages. 99.9% of stores these days are more like warehouses, with stacks of boxes or products piled up on deep shelves. Kohls is a shopping experience!!
The store is beautiful inside. Wide aisles with polished floors, lit glass cabinets showing off jewelry, chrome stands holding fashionable clothing, and employees constantly tidying up their department ready to help if needed.
This is what shopping used to be back in the day. Even the shoppers are pleasant! Nicely dressed people, some mothers with children, small groups of 2, 3 or 4 offering an opinion on what someone else is considering, families wandering through departments helping each other make selections.
Okay, I'm old but I got to tell you, it was like walking around in Norman Rockwell painting.
I only needed to drop off a return to Amazon on my lunch break, but Kohls left a very positive...
Read moreThey never ever remember to take the security tags off of merchandise once you complete checkout. It is so very ridiculous because 99 percent of the time the sensors do not set off the alarms so literally every time I get home looking forward to wearing a new outfit and I cannot due to the plastic security sensor tags. I spend hundreds of dollars per trip and always never fails that i have to return to get tags removed on at least one item per trip. I love Kohls cash and generally enjoy shopping here bit it has gotten to the point where I recently gave me earned Kohls cash away due to the fact that I did not wish to be inconvienced by having to return to deal with the tag negligence. Not worth the hastle. Come on people it's department store register work not rocket science. What has to give to get just one cashier to properly do their jobs and remove ALL of the security tags from my...
