Truly disappointed and hurt that I had a great seat to see Ali Saddiq today for a 7pm show and drove 1.5 hours to this location to not be able to see him perform. Drove around for about 10 minutes, like many others, to finally find parking directly across from the Auditorium for $20 that only took cash.
I looked at the Auditorium to see it was a chaotic scene. At about 720 there was a long line still waiting to get in. The Line extended from the Auditorium down the stairs onto the sidewalk. This told me that the show would be delayed as well, as people were looking for parking like me while others were waiting to get in.
Afterwards, I drove around a few more blocks for about 10-20 more minutes then at 745 I gave up and drove the 1.5 hours back home. I called the box office to voice my disappointment. If you're not familiar with the area you wouldn't know where else to seek parking but I tried by following the crowd as they continued to look for parking.
I won't be coming back to this location. Sorry that I missed his performance I was really looking...
Read moreConcert was great but it wasn't a good time. There was a couple behind us that were in the wrong seats. An usher had to come move them to the correct seats which were right by me and my sister. The couple were obviously drunk or high. When he went to get up he fell into my sister almost knocking her down the balcony stairs. His whole weight went into her shoulder as he was trying to step down. Not one time did the usher even ask if my sister was okay. They were allowed to sit down beside us. Then medics came to check him out again nobody asked if my sister was okay. Is drunk and messed up as they were they were still allowed to stay. His girlfriend or wife started running her mouth ruining the night. He was passed out leaning on me and she was crying smacking her head and pulling her hair. The usher and other people seeing what was going on and again they were allowed to stay. It's sad to say that you pay that much money for concert concession among other things, and you can't even enjoy the show. Don't think I'd go back to a concert...

Also, this venue needs to evaluate its procedures for bags and ensure it meets ADA compliance. I have to carry medically necessary items and I had them in a bag only a bit larger than a clutch. Yes, the bag was opaque; however, I have taken this bag to many venues (larger and smaller hosting sporting events and concerts) and not one of those places has had an issue with the size of the bag upon seeing my medical items. Here, I was made to check my bag and pay for checking it at this venue. I was even escorted to bag check to do so and made sure to ask along the way that I still had to do this when I was carrying medical items. Three people said yes. However, I saw at least 10-15 other women with opaque purses two to three times the size of my bag carrying them around the venue. They weren’t made to check their bags, yet I had to pay to check mine? I don’t believe that is a reasonable accommodation...
