Mostly closed downtown with very little stores actually open. I’m sure it was once a thriving city but now dirty and many panhandlers walking near the few cars parked. Parking was all via app and about $2.85 for 2 hours to walk to nowhere. Did dine at a great restaurant but had downer to sight see...
