Thieves. This store charged my card twice because their machine ran out of paper and the bumbling clerk didn't know if the charge went through without paper to confirm it. I asked for a return of my money and was told "they don't do refunds." It's not a refund if you're reversing your error. I was told I could have $20 in store credit. It's not easy to get to this store when they're open, and no guarantee you'll find $20 worth of anything that you want, but I accepted the offer. When I returned to collect my credit, the manager, Carolyn Marsh, argued and asked how she knew any of this story was true, despite having spoken with her on the phone regarding the issue. She smirked, as if to convey "I know it's true, you know it's true, but you can't prove it--so I'm just going to rip you off." She "allowed" me to recoup $5 of my money they had taken with a credit for the donated merchandise I had selected on that visit. I hope the $15 is worth it, because I'll never miss a chance to tell people how this place operates. Where else can you buy that kind of perpetual advertising for $15? Read moreI have learned if I have anything that I want to donate I'm taking it down to the Salvation Army and not the Goodwill simply because Salvation Army is in the business of helping and reaching out to the community they have helped me out at least two or three times and it's a great organization to support I highly recommend if you have anything you are willing to donate please choose Salvation Army over Goodwill they will put it to good use and this organization goes out into the community...
