Red Bicycle Hall — Local services in Madison

I attended the Chris Knight concert on 1/31/20. Cool venue, nice courteous staff. However, I will NEVER return because of the constant loud talking from the latecomers that swarmed around the bar area. I have never been to a concert where people talking drowned out the artist, until last night. The proprietor of the establishment made a couple of weak attempts to make the loudmouths aware of the disturbance they were creating, but they didn't even hear him through their own chatter. The opener Derek Spencer didn't stand a chance against the loudmouths, but I had hoped the crowd would show respect for the headliner, but they didn't. It was disgraceful...

I went to the comedy show with a group of people last night. Show was ok but it really annoyed me how there were large groups of people in the back talking extremely loud. They were told repeatedly by the comedians and staff to shut up but continued anyway. I couldn’t hear the comedians 1/2 the time because of it. If this was a theater, they would’ve been kicked out which is what I think should’ve happened last night. Everything...

Blown away by the Madison Guitar Summit at the Red Bike last night. A gathering of wickedly accomplished musicians playing a variety of music complementing their collective strengths. Thelonius Monk to Jimi Hendrix which leaves a lot of good tunes between! Perfect welcoming venue to showcase a splendid night.
