Normally there is a line outside the door, or someone waiting outside. The day I went, no line, no staff outside. I placed an online order and started walking in the side door. Slightly taller Seth Green was rude, as I was opening the door he raised his voice and carried an attitude making my 20-minute wait for my online order uncomfortable from the start. I get to the register, and realize I have almost $100 in credit, it's not listed on the site. I use the points and add a few more grams of budder. For the last week I've been enjoying the product; but today when I pulled one out of the cooler. The sticker, and the product packaging are different. Now I double checked, there was no "Propane Valley" given to me. To round it up; Slightly-Taller Seth Green may look like him, he doesn't need to act like him. Your products aren't being given out correctly. Your points do not show online, they should. My overall experience with Maggie's is pretty poor overall. Staff aren't really conversational. They had a system issue where I was flagged as buying "too much" in a week time. Lines get long, and it's extremely overpriced without a deal happening for the quality. If you don't want to drive in the summer sun, I get it, but there are much better dispensaries with much better staff; go to those places.

Please do not trust these crooks to return your money if they accidentally double charge you!!! If you must shop here, take the time to withdraw cash out of the ATM yourself. Otherwise, if anything sketchy happens, they will acknowledge that they charged you twice, but refuse to refund you the amount. My husband and I made a purchase here this last Saturday, September 21. We paid with card. We were told the first transaction did not go through and that we needed to reenter our pin, so we did. Upon looking at our bank account later, we were double charged the amount. They are both posted, NOT pending. When we brought this to the Manager's attention, we were told we would have to dispute it with our bank and that there was "no way" for them to refund us the amount, even though they acknowledged that they did indeed charge us twice. We were told by our bank that the charge could not be disputed because it shows as an ATM withdrawal. At this point we feel that we have been scammed out of $68! They clearly had the extra amount at the end of the day and chose to simply pocket it. We are locals, but we will not be returning to Maggie's Farm again. Nothing like this has ever happened at another dispensary and I honestly cannot believe this is an acceptable way to treat your customers.

You can purchase cannabis at this location without a medical card, so for recreational smokers in the Colorado Springs area - come here! The overall experience was pleasant, quick, and smooth (even on Christmas Eve, which proves this statement - there were about 50-60 people in there). Here is the process of purchasing cannabis at this location: 1. Walk into a holding room to have IDs checked. (Make sure that your ID is up to date to avoid issues) 2. You will be provided a numbered ticket similar to those at the grocery store when buying cold cuts 3. You’re directed into another holding room with TVs that display their assortment digitally - great touch to figure what you want beforehand 4. Once your number is called, you will finally move into their inventory room where you are assigned a bud tender to answer questions you might have 5. Check out. This is a cash only establishment with 3 ATMs, so you won’t have any issues. Overall, I had a great experince and I’d come again whenever I visit my family in the area now. Before purchasing anything, keep in mind that there is a heavy tax that is not reflected in the price tag!

i've been going to maggie's for a while; heavy stoner so i smoke a lot and i was visiting pretty frequently. by far, the worst dispensary experiences i've had. the people there can be great - when they decide they're not going to be standoffish and silent - but the overall experience there is worse than any other place i've been to.

are you engaging in weed tourism? that's awesome, you're just about the only customer they're marketing to. maggie's knows CO is the weed state, and manitou springs is the closest city to colorado springs ( a heavy tourist area ) where you can get rec weed. their prices are high, their selection for anything a tourist wouldn't be getting ( ie flower, carts ) is abysmal, and you're lucky if you can find enough products to last you a week. it feels like the majority of their selection is edibles - and as someone who needs 50+ mg of edibles to feel anything, it really doesn't work for me. at least some of the nastier tasting edibles are cheap.

if you're transgender, or go by a different name than what's on your ID, good luck. despite having a section on their website dedicated to a preferred name, and multiple staff members assisting me in changing the name on my profile in-store, there was no effort to use the proper name. if anything, it was made worse - multiple staff members baffled that there could be a different name on the screen than there was on my ID, leading to some very awkward conversations in a very public area where i had to explain i went by a different name. sometimes they wouldn't even ask - looking confused between the screen and my ID before i had to butt in and explain that yes, the name is different, it was a note your staff put in.

waiting times can be awful, even if you place an online order. many, many times of sitting around for 20+ minutes - and that's after you get inside. they're usually pretty quick at the register - probably because they don't typically talk too much - so i don't really know where all the holdup happens.

if you're able to make the trek, just go down to the cannabis depot in pueblo. it'll save you time and money - and actually...

BIG FAT ZERO 0️⃣

Absolutely do not go here if this is your first recreational weed store experience or if you are new to weed as there are absolutely no budtenders for product education. You will be disappointed.

I live in Colorado and I'm honestly appaulled by my experience. Awful customer service. I'm honestly confused with how this location has won so many awards, or maybe they have gotten too cocky from their success and forgot how to keep customers at the center of there business model. Or maybe it comes from the top-down, as you can notice the owner only comments on 5 star reviews and doesn't even acknowledge or right a wrong for the customer who have been extremely disappointed. 🤔 Seems counter intuitive if you ask me, and is extremely telling of how they conduct business. I can only assume they have connects with the local community because I truly don't understand why anyone would give this place a 5 star review.

It deserves a big fat zero 0.

There is absolutely no budtenders or educational element to help guide/advise you on strains and brands based for the feeling you are going for. They immediately have you walk in a blocked off room from the products and you are told to order on a tablet immediately when you walk in and use the excuse that it's because there aren't as many products displayed behind the counter (which you also don't see until you've already submitted your purchase on the kiosk) If you do ask a question when looking at products on the kiosk, they will treat you like an inconvenience and dismiss or diminish your questions/concerns so you stop talking to them. I.e. - customers want to know about the brands they carry, some burn better, some have different taste profiles, different strains give you different effects - and vary greatly even within the sative and indica categories.

Avoid this location if you can. If you ONLY want to place an online order and want nothing else out of your experience, then I guess this location would be the one to go to...

Hopefully this helps future customers out there!

Truly...
