The trail is paved and lovely. It is slightly uphill on the way out which gives you a nice little burn by the end, at least if you're pushing a stroller like I was. There are a few trails that could branch off the main paved route but none of them are stroller friendly, more like little paths in the woods.

There are steps that lead up the hill beside a bar/restaurant and if you have a stroller you would have to carry it up the stairs before the trail begins. But after that the path is clear and easy to follow. It was a really lovely path. It's picturesque and has only a handful of other people on it each time I've been. I only stopped twice for 15mins during these 14 hours to have a quick bite to eat and some toilet breaks. To be honest, I could not walk for a week after that, but at least I found my limit and pushed at it for a bit. It’s good to test where your limits are, no matter what...

The scenery is serene, yet active enough to keep two toddlers entertained on our...
