I Would give a 3 1/2 this last experience while purchasing clothing as a gift to my husband. I was telling the clerk I was having to buy different sizes because I wasn't sure which size was going to fit him. She acknowledged what I said but said nothing about the return policy. I was getting things together the next day to drive all the way back up and saw the policy on the receipt. I call the store and asked for the manager. I ask her if they had signs of policy she said yes. I let her know I didn't see anything at the cashier or aleast what should have been obvious. I shared my conversation with clerk and ask if she could please advised their team to remind customers while checking out. No apology but she did say she will.

I know, personally drop the ball on myself because I usually ask stores their policy especially for gifts. It is not my first rodeo shopping at stores with these type of refund policy but I am aware of it and I am also informed by the cashier saying. All sales are final or just to let you know our return policy is.... especially from. staff when they ask what I am shopping for.

This is a great mall and the staff are very nice but make sure to double check with all shops before purchasing. I am assuming No refunds or store credit.only exchanges are at all stores.

The bathroom situation was pretty bad. I only found one bathroom with multiple ways to get into and out of it so, after deciding against waiting in the lounge line at the one by the food court and deciding to find the next one, I go down the long hallways only to find myself back around at the food court in a now even longer line.

I loved the open air setting but it was raining and there are no gutters on the overhangs so there are just lines of water dripping down. This could be improved to deflect the water and direct it away from the walkways.

Free shuttle for parking was amazing though! We saw the line driving into the parking lot and then saw the signs for the shuttle (This was Black Friday in the afternoon). In the amount of time it probably would have taken us to get through the single light that we were sitting at before we detoured, we had already parked and we're on the shuttle getting ready to go to the mall. Getting a shuttle back to our vehicle was quick and easy as well. The only complaint about the shuttle parking lot was that it needed to be graded, The puddles were pretty bad and there was no way to walk around them.

I think that the staff did an amazing job throughout the Black Friday event. This was my first time to the Seattle premium outlets and overall...
