Booking was incredibly easy, and we were provided with clear and thoughtful directions for both parking and locating the spa—which made everything stress-free and enjoyable right from the start.

My massage therapist was Joel, and I truly cannot thank him enough. Before the session began, he took the time to genuinely listen to my specific needs and areas of tension. That attentiveness translated into one of the best massages I’ve ever had—truly next-level. Joel has a gift. His presence was calm, grounded, and deeply intuitive. I left the table feeling not only physically relaxed but emotionally at peace, as though something deeper had shifted and healed.

While I didn’t receive a massage from Sunny, I must mention how lovely she was. Her warm, radiant energy filled the space. She was kind, welcoming, and you could sense that she pours love into everything she does. My partner shared that his massage with Sunny was equally incredible.

I hate to do this but I have to give it this place 1 star. I have never felt so annoyed after a massage before. I feel highly misled by all the positive reviews. The massage I received was nothing that I paid for. I requested a deep tissue massage and got something close to a soothing one, if that. Which would have been fine if that’s what I paid for but it wasn’t. I needed a deep tissue because I’m tense and carry stress in my back and shoulders. The pressure was lacking and I asked for more pressure twice. I dont think deep tissue was my masseuse’s forté because it seemed like she really struggled or did not know how to get the knots out. Then, while lying on my back, she massaged my feet and stretched my legs but never actually massaged the whole leg. My arms were missed as well. She then moved onto my neck and upper back, played a gong and the massage concluded. I honestly was over the massage by the time I flipped over to my back. I never felt relaxed at all during the massage. I left the massage highly disatisfied and still tense. WOW. I have had several different types of massages by several different therapists over the years and none of them top this place. Ruth is UNBELIEVABLE. My husband and I went to Serenity Spa on our honeymoon for a couples massage and we were both completely impressed. I used to have horrible, debilitating migraines 1-2 times a week for years but I have not had a migraine for two months now since we saw Ruth!!! I never thought my migraines would go away. I was having intestinal issues at the time when we saw her and she helped massage that pain away too. She also let me know that she helped realign my footing because it was off. I felt the difference right away! I don't know what else to say except that I am absolutely blown away. What Ruth did for me was amazing! I feel great! I would go back every month if I was local.
