Blue Door Bread & Pizza Company — Restaurant in Maui

Pizza was good, unfortunately our server taking our order was clueless. We ordered the sausage and mushroom pizza and it came with onions on it. On the menu displayed while ordering it says nothing about onions on this pizza and he told me it has always come with onions. Did not offer to remake the pizza, told me he did not make the menu and it should have onions. This was terrible customer service. They also don't have soda you will need to go to mini market down the street to buy a soda. If you go double check with the person taking your order confirming what actually comes on the pizza.

I don't think my family and I have ever been treated so poorly. The man became upset when we asked if they had something simple to eat. He reviews the whole menu (rich pasteries, etc) and I said "looks delicious but I can't do that this early - just need something simple". He got really offended (?) and said we should eat Maui food when we're in Maui and if we want simple, to go to Costco. (No joke - he actually said that!) So... guess we're not allowed to ask a bakery if they have something like a croissant??! Seriously - we asked for "simple" for a reason! (dietary constraints). A simple "oh - sorry guys, we don't have that!" would have been more than enough. Have some consideration for your customers! Wow - What...

Fabulous naturally fermented dough and delicious pizza! I ordered the 'spicy' sausage and mushrooms and it was not particularly spicy but so so good! Good pizza is not easy to find on the island but this was a win.

All their bread is made without yeast, the way nature intended, and is vegan! Not #vegan but have many friends who are and this is a great spot.

The Lilikoi orange drink was outstanding and all the bread looked fantastic. Apparently it is the sister restaurant to Kitoko, which is set up in a truck next door. I have eaten there on another trip and it is fabulous!
