Primark — Attraction in McAllen

If there was a zero, I would give it a zero. Sizes are not true. I purchaded 2 sets of underwear and bras set (I'm size 4-6). I've and lost a lot of weight due to illness, so I purchased size all (6-8) according to size guide on item. I took it home, tried bra and it was too small. I went back 7 days later to exchange to medium size. They inform me that they cannot exchange due to nature of product (informed that other stores like Walmart, V Secrets, do accept returns as long as tag is present and item not worn). Tag from 1 set had to be removed, so that i could try on, as tag hooks keeps both items together. They say it states so on their return policy on receipt .i looked aty receipt and it is there. I told them that they should put return policy somewhere it can be seen, especially where item is. I asked that if next time can I try the product on in the fitting g room before I purchase and they said no because of nature of the product. Then I asked "how am I supposed to know if item is going to fit" and she said she would not know. I do not see it fair to the customer. End iof story, item was not exchanged, McAllen PD was called. They (PD and a couple of employees were on my side and saw that that was unfair to me, but that that was their policy). They've just lost a customer, but probably they, don't care. I think if I was in their shoes, it would not have hurt to exchange the item for bigger size (1 size up...

Went today for the grand opening. Must admit the prices are great and it’s a very huge store. Love all the selections they have . Just rate it kinda of low because the lady in the fitting room was kinda rude. I hadn’t noticed that I was getting UK sizes in jeans instead of US so nothing fit and when I went to return them she looked at me ugly I had mentioned how I hadn’t noticed I was getting UK size and not Us and she made a face. I went back to try on my US size and noticed that all their jeans run big so I didn’t take them ( they were 8 jeans) and when I went to return them she rolled her eyes. I thought maybe I was overthinking it , but my friend mentioned it and that’s when I knew okay she did make a face. I don’t understand why she would it’s not like I was rude or being loud I was just minding my business. I just think she was mad that I had tried on a total of 16 pairs of jeans and she had to put them away is my guess. She definitely discouraged me from going back and actually trying on a smaller size I just bought the size below and came home to try them. Visited this Primark Store in McAllen for the first time. Initially was impressed because the store was big and has a lot of variety. But they have horrible customer service. Picked few items under the clearance section and when we were in the cashier. Literally a sleeping shorts has a red tag said 3.50$ and when they scanned it was 10$. So cashier insisted it was not on clearance. He called his so called manager "James" to help with this matter. So manager said he will check and be back. So apparently he came back and said oh its not on clearance. Apparantly somebody must just put the red tag on it. Hello? That was really on clearance and was a broken size and the only one. So how come he will say somebody just put the wrong tag on it. Dont be fooled guys. Some of their clothing has cheap quality. And what was worst we visited yesterday on Oct 30, 2025 and they told my friend they ran out of plastic bags. So she can just carry the items she bought or purchase their tote bags.
