I normally love this shop and their work but lately it’s been disappointing and the fact that I’m writing this while on vacation should let you know just how upset I am! I use to see Justin exclusively been going to him since his T Nail days but after a while he was so busy running the shop he’d pawn me off on someone else. At first it was fine the work was still good so I had no issues but as of late I’ve been dealing with nails breaking left and right. I’ve been wearing nails for a long time I’ve never had this issue! But this last visit this past Wednesday has me heated! One I decided to try a pedicure after having a bad experience almost a years ago. The pedicure was a waste of money my 6 year old could’ve painted better. I asked her to fix what she could but was in a rush as I had a vacation planned and needed to get my nails started. Cut to the lady who did my nails did them beautifully, she also did my nieces nails and they were gorgeous as well. So when it came time to pay I had no issue paying the $320 even tho $100 for a fill in seemed high especially when a full set with designs was only a few $$ more. But here’s where my issue comes in literally sitting on an airplane the next day I look down at my nails and notice one of them is broken ;( I have no way of getting this repaired and now my entire trip I’m walking around with a broken nail hopping and praying no more fall off! I haven’t even started my vacation yet and I’m praying by the end I have nails left! After spending $300+ on nails you expect more that’s all! Not sure if they’ve changed the powder they use or what but that’s not ok! *** Update*** While on Vacation I lost another nail (the whole nail popped off this time) while grabbing the hand rail to the stairs I was so embarrassed the lady behind me then stated that’s why I don’t do press ons smh. Just ridiculous unfortunately I won’t be going back!!!

My husband and I visited today 12/15/2024 @11:30 when they first opened for today and we both requested for pedicures. We were greeted and seated right away (pedicure chairs 19 & 20 on the right hand side). Ambience and decor is nice, however, my husband left out with a couple of bandages on the side of his left foot from being cut with the metal foot file/grater. He stated to the older nail tech several times that she is being rough with his feet. I looked over at his feet and noticed it looked as if there were blood welps on top of his toes on his left foot and then saw blood oozing from the side of that same foot. I immediately said something and the tech stopped scraping and instructed him to place his foot back in the water. After she pulled his foot out of the water, the blood welps was no longer on the tops of his toes (I then realized that was dried up blood which she saw but kept on filing/scraping anyways) but blood still was oozing from the side of his left foot....she tried to clean it up and put 2 bandages on it...well that still didn't work, it still was bleeding. Then she put something from a small blue bottle on a cotton ball and placed it and bandaids over the wound. My husband did not finish his pedicure, he was highly upset. My nail tech had a mechnical file and used it on top of my toes and niched my big toe on my right foot and she immediately put some type of solution over it and asked me to put it back into the water so it wont bleed through. They gave us a business card with $2 off the next time we come...sad to say...this was our first and last visit....We both are praying his foot and mine does not get infected.

Was in the McDonough area and needed my nails from my own personal nail girl- taken off. Looked up nail salons in the area and this one had the most reviews and highest rating so it was chosen. Didn’t like it at all. Soak off was started but then the rest of the acrylic that wasn’t much left was RIPPED off using a nail tip. Like why couldn’t the rest be SOAKED off ?? Like the whole point of a soak off is minimal damage to the natural nail. Nail implements did not look clean, was cut on 5 fingers 2 of which can be seen in pics. Other 3 are more noticeable in person. All 5 can be felt when washing hands, applying hand sanitizer. Nail color is very streaky even after 3 coats. An older lady with tattooed eyebrows and glasses did the rip off (not soak off), cut me and the gel manicure. She rubbed one hand in oil with alil massage but the other she just rubbed in oil so no hand massage. Was charged $44. Should’ve just waited to be in my home area of Lawrenceville and went to modern nails because my girl Chanel would NEVER cut me, rip off the acrylic, and if color wasn’t acting right she’d help me pick out another color that worked better so only 2 coats was needed, with a consistent and pleasurable hand massage for $25. Even in the pics you can see where the gel polish went in places that should’ve been wiped off or cleaned. Just not consistent in quality Updated the photos so all the cuts can be seen and how bad on 2 fingers I was cut..

And I usually don’t complain about a service. I’m actually very humble, but this experience was the worst I came in for A nail removal, and when I sat down, he grabbed a spare fingernail instead of taking his time to make sure that it does not hurt. He popped all of them off with no care of the pain that it caused me. He even damaged a nail bed, broke off an entire nail and had me bleeding on my finger which caused me to not be able to get them done I have an event tomorrow but that finger is now wrapped up with the Band-Aid. And after I continue to bleed, he said just one moment I’m going to put a liquid Band-Aid on it. I asked him did it burn cause if so i don’t want more pain after this I’ll just rinse it , he said no , and he continued toward and pour the liquid Band-Aid on my nail. Just for it to sting so bad I burst out with a yell faning and blowing on my finger nail!! I was so upset, but instead, I just said I want to get a pedicure and be done and over with then when I sat down to get that done. The guy did my pedicure feet, and when it was time to remove old work of polish, he suggested he could paint on top of the polish and acrylic that was already there And give me a French tip. I told him I would like a red French tip but I want the old polish off after going back-and-forth with him. He suggested to put a new color on top of old work but still want to charge me a full price as if he was giving me a full set on my feet . I told him I would not like that color but do an example so I can see how would turn out. And of course I did not like that one example I told him I don’t want to do that and would like the old work removed so I can get a first set And because he did not want to do the work that I’m actually paying for his wife caught an entire attitude, yelling, screaming, and disrespectfully saying I’m being complicated and walking out the door so after I heated argument with her at this point, I was just ready to go! But then they wanted to charge me a higher price because they started on my feet ! The manager came over to try and resolve and I do truly appreciate him. He said he would actually do the work like I was paying for. Took the old work off and applied the new work with no pressure! But when I went up to the counter , my bill was $100! I didn’t even care it just wanted to leave and would never come back again they overcharge, offer, bad service, and I will never return back to this...

If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD! Ever since they re opened they are more worried about quantity than QUALITY! I came in on a Thursday wasn’t able to get my preferred nail tech Ivy and they passed me off to like 3 different people. When I only wanted something simple and leelah alleged on the phone although Ivy wasn’t there they knew what they were doing and to still come. I came. Asked the man if he knew what he was doing and he assured. I allowed him to do my nails. They came out thin and not as deeply colored as they should have. They also said they had the same color for my toes which I wanted and the shades are totally different. Then the nail tech offered to paint over the SNS with that gel color which I declined because that would likely peel. I paid and left. HOURS later my middle finger nail has now CHIPPED causing me to try and contact them the next day (FRIDAY) to speak directly to Justin. When I did I let him know he situation and he says to come back they will fix. I get there around 6 that Friday from work, and Justin is interrogating me about why I want them taken off and redone. They were ALL thin! So we ended up agreeing to making them thicker. This man played in my FACE! He not only cut my fingers with his drill tool as he AGGRESSIVELY “filed” my cuticles he sat and watched the cameras for the day prior because he didn’t believe that I was there. Made me wait for him to watch the cameras with these thick rocks he left on my hand waiting for him to file. It hasn’t even been a WEEK since Justin “fixed” my nails and they are chipping right where he added the powder to it. Then when I left I said thanks he shooed me off. I WILL NEVERRRRRRR COME BACK here ....
