Stop & Shop — Attraction in Medford

ive got to say i am REALLY not impressed with the new stop and shop just up the road it really hasnt changed much since it was Food Master in fact its still very dirty and disorganized it lacks in so few products available this one is better by far its bigger cleaner has TONS of selections and the staff here are always friendly i just wish they would fix the soap pumps in the restroom their always on the base of the sink not very sanitary apart from that you will find everything here that most other stores may or may not have ( keep in mind this used to be Ames so it is HUGE ) alot of the prices are reasonable visit if you are around it never really gets too busy because there is so much room def one of the best S&Ss in the state there arent too many that are as good as this one around. also do not worry about parking or gas they have plenty you can also use the Ocean State Job lot next door which was the Former site of S&S before this was built as i said about the Gas this is 1 of the few locations around that i have seen that you can redeem your Gas Rewards the lines always get busy here. checkout though however is a breeze they have like 15-20 registers and 6 self check outs something of which ive seen few of at other locations its a very good store near the highway T Boston and rts 16,28 and 99 lts good to see this store around this area your never more than 15 mins away from Downtown Boston!. and 93 is just minutes away as well as Asssembly square lots of options mninutes away plenty of other...

Today march 9th of 2023 I got a very rude surprise from Michael M. I’m not sure what his title is in the store but I saw some fabreze air fresheners that were discounted 60% off regular prize so I got the last three that were in stock turns out I didn’t get the discount so I had to tell the girl at the self check out line what was happening so she offered to fix the prize and she was also going to give me the third one for free but then she went to call Michael M. Who rudely went to check the price of the item and when he came back he had taken the discount sticker and put it in his pocket and he proceeded to say that that was marked at regular price so he was charging me 8.49 for each. I told him to forget about it that wasn’t the deal I saw in the store. He kept saying that someone had moved that particular product to the discounted price but god knows that product was under the price of 3.36 so I’m suspicious because that was a shady move from Michael M. Bottom line I went to complain at the customer service desk and guess who showed up? Michel M. In the end I didn’t get the fabreeze scented oils and I didn’t get the discount. I am extremely disappointed, I usually shop in my local stop and shop and if that had happened there I would have gotten them for free but this is the last time I’ll probably shop at this store. A store in a high end area, with low end staff. discriminate against immigrants. Because one has an accent does not put them in a certain class, in fact these people are far more educated than they are. 1. speaks more than 1 language and I'm sure with the ignorance of the stores clerk, more than likely does not have a high school diploma. today they treated a certified citizen as if they came here as refugee, but in fact this educated lady who has certification in law in her country, very well knows the laws here, and she feels that this store has violated federal laws with having a government issued document that they refused to receive. but what they did in todays times , is open a can of worms, because this 18 year US citizen is going to make sure this behavior does not happen with any certified citizens. and or migrants .Medford is a high end area which is where she resides. $4000 monthly rent she pays the clerk more than likely lives in the hood.
