Farm Bureau Insurance — Attraction in Memphis

there should be an option for no stars. If you are their customer, great. However if you need to file a claim against their insured, I wish you the best of luck. My vehicle was hit and damaged by one of their insured in April 2024. The same day, I filed the claim. I did not hear back from anyone until a month later. When I did finally get in touch with a poor excuse of an adjuster- before I could introduce myself he immediately went into why they can’t cover repairs to my vehicle but they will cover the cost of my rental. After this guy finished speaking , I informed him that we’d never spoken before and that I never had to get a rental, because I’d been waiting A MONTH for an update on my claim. He then requested that I send images or any supporting information regarding the collision between myself and their insured, I sent the information requested on May 22nd. Has my vehicle been fixed and have I even gotten an ounce of courtesy such as a RESPONSE back from these people since I last contacted them on May 22nd? No . Today is July 11th. Considering demographics- I am not SURPRISED at how my case was handled- I am simply saddened and fed up with bad, corrupt business.

I came back to edit my review as I went through and read some reviews prior to mine and I see now that the same goofy who I dealt with is the same goofy who’s given others a hard time. I know this kind all too well. He has the backing of corporate or dirt on them - either or, and he’ll continue to get away with this fraudulent and disrespectful manner of work. I will just have to accept my loss or get my attorney involved over something that would have and should have been a simple fix. This company is a joke and so are their NON...

Hall(claims)Caldwell(his boss allegedly)are the Worse! A LYING appraiser, claim representative. Leaves you with a Outrageous Deductible! Insurance is already sky high and you have to be double crossed on TOP of That,THEN a check for crumbs. That won't Cover nearly enough Damage fees for the Contractor to go to Home Depot.
