Selling used/returned office furniture as new.......

Last night I went and bought a desk chair. A store associated located the chair for me, which was on the second level of skid racking. She proceeds to push the chair off of the skid racking so it falls and lands directly on the floor. I should have turned away at this point but still bought the chair.

I get the chair home only to open the box and find out nothing was in factory sealed packing materials. The casters were in a bag taped shut with scotch tape. The bags that protect the chair were torn. The fasteners were loose in the bottom of the box and someone cut the package open with a knife.

Not wanting someone's used chair I returned it. The cashier never offered any apology. She needed approval for the return and called the store manager over who it turns out is the first person that helped me locate the chair and pushed it off the skid racking. Again no apology from her.

First bad experience with the store but I won't be going back with this poor service.

Be careful what you buy since clearly they sell used / returned items at new...

We had a Same-day print order at a different location. Somehow the order was pushed to the next-day, even though it was placed a few hours before the 2PM deadline. So it was upsetting to arrive at the pickup time and not getting your order. Fortunately, the clerk at the original location phoned in the Menomonee Falls location and they were able to process the order the same day.

Menomonee Falls saved the day for us being able and flexible to have the posters printed. Big shout out to Sydney for helping us out in this bind. What a hero!!! I would definitely consider from now on submitting my print orders to this location rather, even if it's a bit more of a drive. But from this experience it seems to me I can rely on people like Sydney...

The service is horrible here. I saw an item in stock online and came to the location to seek it out. When I got there the employee who I ask for help didn't do much at all. She said that we don't got it so sorry. I decided to go outside and place an order for pick up "while it was still in stock". While waiting in my car I saw her inside of the store getting the actual item! I was so mad at this point. Why are they so lazy? I get that it's just 2 employees working but it was very slow! Horrible. I'm never coming back to this location and I do not recommend this at all. Be warned. Thanks for reading my...
