Went in for the first and last time to get some Creatine supplements. Kept getting asked about "why" I needed it to which I answered but kept getting the upsell from the employees and weird comments. For instance, one comment was about "why" I needed the pill form for traveling to which I had to explain the convenience of the pill vs powder which seems obvious for travel convenience. Despite this, employee kept pestering on about the travel comment I made for some reason which was annoying. She also made a comment about how I was "the guy getting a lot of creatine" without realizing I was still there even though I literally only got one bottle of the creatine lmao. And OF COURSE, I was getting the upsell the entire time and because I mentioned travel they were trying to upsell me on their most expensive multivitamin supplement "for taking on the go". No thanks lmao.
As other reviews mentioned, phone number was asked for which was confusing. Kept getting the upsell AGAIN about "it's super fast and easy!". Employee was visibly gruntled that I didn't want to sign up with my...
Read moreTim is hands down the best representative I’ve ever encountered at any GNC. He dedicated a solid half hour of his time to help me navigate a range of products tailored to my specific goals. Not only did he explain the effectiveness of each option, but he also provided recommendations across different price points, ensuring I found what suited me best without breaking the bank. I originally went in just to buy some creatine, but thanks to Tim's expert guidance and the discounts he found for me, I ended up spending about $100 – and I was more than happy to do so. The experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely be returning to this GNC. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend stopping by and chatting with Tim; he genuinely knows his stuff and is committed to providing...
Read moreNot going to lie, this place is worse to go to than a car dealership. It’s a very annoying company to buy product from. Please just let customers come in and buy products without getting asked a million questions. If we have questions we’ll ask. Almost every time I go to GNC I usually walk straight in, grab the product that I want and then go straight to the cash register. It’s never that simple. Even though I have what I came in for, the employees insist on playing 100 questions. NO I would NOT like to hear about all of the product in the store, NO I do not want to sign up for the upgraded account and NO I do not need another shaker to add to my other 20 at home. It just gets old getting bombarded every time I’m...
