Verve Wellness Center — Attraction in Mesa

Initially my husband and I came in as brand new patients and had Grace Haynes, MD. She was the most amazing Dr. I've ever seen. For one reason or another she left shortly after though we had no idea this was going to be the case. We then started seeing Britney, NP and she was pretty great as well, but shortly after she up'ed and left though we had no idea this was going to be the case. We then saw another NP, she was ok, i didn't bother remembering her name. I mean why would I. I figured I'd just be with someone else the next time anyway. Then...my husband was called at work by staff who needed insurance info which A. You would think they had after this much time since there had already been previous visits processed through it and B. That's something that I would handle so he asked this person to call me. I got no call and instead a bill for the full amount NOT processed through insurance. I tried calling several times and front desk staff had no clue, care, nor time to assist. I mean there's entitled attitudes, fake lashed and gossip to take care of you know. I was transfered back to the billing extension I had already left several message to please call and have yet to this day been contacted. I have though, received a 3rd bill for the same amount and been advised that was the "final" attempt to collect before going to collections. So basically it doesn't matter if the bill is correct . Pay it. I think the good people who worked there left because they discovered how poorly its functioning. I have as well. And I will pay that bill I won't let junk...

I have given this place SOOOO many chances it's beyond ridiculous. Wouldn't even give them one star but I have to inorder to leave the review. I am business owner so please know ALOT had to happen for me to leave a bad review. I know how one bad review can hurt a business but something needs to be said. People's health may be at risk. I have never in my life seen a business operate in this manner. They never answer the phone. Majority of the time i just get an answering machine. Don't bother leaving messages cause they dont call back or even pass the message along to whoever it needs to be delivered to. I left I don't know how many messages on numerous occasions and not one call back. It took months to just get an appointment. When I say months let's just say I started this process in January to get ONE of the issues I'm having rectified and I'm just now getting that taken care of on June 17th. I have tried for the last month to just get an appointment for another issue I have, and nothing. It's been 3 weeks and I am still just simply waiting for any communication from this office. I got a call last week saying my message had been given to Kathryn Davis and yet over a week and still nothing. Why does it takes WEEKS/MONTHS to get anything done with this office? Its a joke!! So if you need anything looked at in a timely manner, avoid this place at all costs. Now if you have the time and your health isn't at risk, then this is your place. Be prepared to wait months for any kind of action...

I randomly developed weird health issues out of the blue in October this year, was seeing a previous PCP at a completely different business where I felt like I wasn’t receiving the care I needed. I was rushed to the ER in November & also saw a doctor at Urgent Care. and realized I needed a 2nd opinion PCP. (I have been experiencing major headaches, pressure in head/ears/throat, random full body convulsions, etc and no one could figure it out) My therapist and a good friend of mine referred me to The Verve Wellness and I went there with high hopes. One thing I want to also note is that they SUPPORT the blue line family & first responders which I LOVE ❤️. So far Dr Tara Thompson is my new PCP, she’s nice, attentive and believes in natural remedies first before medication which I respect as I’ve had bad experiences with medications anyways. And Dr. Chad Wolsey is my new Chiropractor, I wish I could give Dr. Wolsey 10 STARS, because his professionalism and service is PROFOUND, he is one of the nicest and most caring chiropractors I have ever met (and I’ve met many!) he found an issue I didn’t know I even had! (My spine is straight in my neck region & not curved the correct way it’s supposed to be, which is placing pressure on my skull creating these major tension headaches!)
