⭐️☆☆☆☆ Really disappointing experience with the security staff here. I witnessed a situation where a customer who had just left the premises came back in—apparently just to use the restroom. No one stopped him at the entrance, so it didn’t seem like he was trying to sneak in or anything.
Instead of handling it calmly, the head of security followed the person into the restroom and confronted him in a way that escalated the situation. Next thing you know, the guard removed his headset and charged at the customer. Completely unprofessional and honestly disturbing behavior to witness.
After checking other reviews, it seems like this isn’t an isolated incident—multiple people have commented about the security team being overly aggressive and on a power trip. This place seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring and how they’re training their security staff. It’s not the kind of environment that makes customers feel safe...
Read moreAttended a show at this theater and was horrible experience. There is a walkway on first floor between first and second section which leads to the only one entrance and exit Anyone seated in the second section is screwed because people walk through this walkway during the show blocking the view, including the people doing security who walk back and forth. I tried to stand up against the wall to watch better and they didn't allow me but allow anyone walk back and forth blocking everyone's view during the show. TERRIBLE layout of this theater with just one exit/entrance, and the seats on the first section are horrible super uncomfortable and with no space between people beside you. I would only go back to this theater if I find a seat front row in the mezzanine second floor. Otherwise...
Read moreI recently went to the Sting 3.0 concert. Of course, it was Sting and the music and lighting and graphics show were brilliant! However , I found the corridors and egress areas totally dysfunctional. I worked in architecture for 25 years in New Orleans, but I'm now a South Beach resident. Whilst the auditorium section was good (the sound system could use upgrades), the corridors, restrooms, access and egress, security and safety - all need a total redo. But in keeping with the architectural integrity of the building. I remember watching the Jackie Gleason Show that was filmed in this building when I was a kid. All these decades later to finally experience the space was very satisfying. I'm glad to know it's been historically sustained and...
