Terrible experience. Do not recommend this location at all. Awful customer service and always only one or two employees for that big of a store. Everything is messy and disorganized. DIRTY STORE. Dust all over, missing shoes. Is so hard to shop because the shoes are not were the signs say it should be an employee are rude and unwilling to help. In the look for other company, DSW never again. Such a terrible experience that I don’t even want to shop online, a brand like this does not care about customer experience. One of the shoes I was trying to purchase had the wrong size on the box. When I went to the register the employee told me to go all the way back and open all the boxes in the section until I found the corresponding shoe. Unbelievable! That’s supposed to be her job! Or someone else but definitely not the costumer. Should I do and inventory count while I’m there? And sweep the floor since because employees don’t it so they might expect the client to do...

This location makes the simple process of ordering online and picking up in the store hell. They have no designated pick up area for online orders Within the store. If you’ve made an online purchase you’re expected to wait in a long line with customers who’ve walked into the store to shop and purchase their items. This defeats the purpose of ordering online. The customer service is quite horrible as well. Each associated refused to assist me until I demanded to speak to the manager. Due to the horrible location this little makeshift mall is stuck in and the horrendously ridiculous excuse for a parking garage, curbside pickup is definitely not an option at this location.
