First of all, Sanders is a rock star. He was 20 minutes early to our appointment, unheard of for Miami! The installation took him well under an hour, he was as friendly and professional as anyone can possibly be; he was also expertly knowledgeable and happy to answer questions while he was installing the service. 5 Stars to Sanders alone!
Now for the service, guys, this is basically Google fiber, and yeah, it's as good as advertised. No fees of any kind, no contract, no bull, and I'm now getting 5X the speed I was getting with Comcast for $14 less a month; I did a speed test and no BS, I got well over 90 download and upload respectively.
I've been researching and following this company for about 2 years, eagerly awaiting until they offered it in my building; when I saw the flyer I immediately signed up. This is a no-brainer, don't even think about it, if your building offers Webpass you have to switch; everything about it is better than Comcast and AT&T, literally everything, customer service, tech service, speed, quality, up time, no data caps, no throttling, no fees, taxes, contract, and there's also no modem to deal with, just a cable straight from your wall to your router.

Read moreI am changing my evaluation. I needed tech support. All was going well. The on-line chat worked really well and I was able to schedule the technician visit for the same day. Them the things started to go bad. The technician called me to tell he was 20 minutes late. After more than one hour from the scheduled time, I called him. He told me he was far and, according to the GPS, would take more 30 minutes. One hour after, I called him again and he came with a story that he had a flat tire and he did no know when he would arrive, but he was on his way. I told him I did not believe that story and that I was cancelling that visit. In a very unkind manner he replied to me saying: do whatever you want! And hang up the phone. This is something that shows how a good tech company as Google cannot neglect the human factor. This guy made me come back here and change the good evaluation I had made about the service.
