Here’s a follow-up to my initial review below. I am changing it from 5-star to 3-star, and here is why. First of all, I left my initial review upon being pressured by an employee to leave a review. As soon as we paid for the service, the employee asked us to leave a review. We said we would do it in the car, and when we got in the car, he stood right next to me, holding the door, waiting for me to leave a review. He was literally holding the door wide open, while I was leaving the review. I felt awkward and pressured to leave a 5-star review. Also with such pressure, I did not have enough time to properly inspect the car before leaving the review. From a glance, the car looked super clean because I got the “best platinum service” (so they called), which included leather shampoo. However, upon inspecting the car more closely after we left the place, I found many parts of the car that didn’t seem finished, which is another reason for a 3-star review. They said the platinum service is the best service they have. We paid $140 + $30 tip. For such service, I would have expected the leather shampoo to be wiped clean, the seatbelts and inside of the rear window cleaned, and the door step cleaned. There were remnants of leather shampoo on the passenger seat, appearing like blue droplets (my seat is beige btw). The seatbelts and inside of the rear window did not look like they had been cleaned at all. Ok, cleaning the seatbelts may have been too much to expect on my end, but the rear window definitely should have been cleaned. The door steps in the back seats were not cleaned either. For a $140 car wash service, I was quite disappointed. I was excited to give this place a try because it had over 350 5-star reviews and it’s so close to my apt, but I now realize all the 5-star reviews could have been due to the employees pressuring the customers to leave a review on the spot. I believe I will just go back to my regular car wash, even though it’s a little further north.
Initial review - I got a platinum service, which my car desperately needed. I am absolutely in love with what they’ve done to my car. It’s as immaculate as when I first bought it!...
Read moreI recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting Carwash Ecozone in Miami to get my Volkswagen Atlas and my baby’s car seats thoroughly cleaned, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that truly set the tone for the entire experience.
The staff was beyond professional and welcoming, ensuring my family and I were comfortable while they worked their magic on my car. They even offered us complimentary coffee and snacks while we waited—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel valued and cared for. The waiting area was clean, cozy, and inviting, making the short wait feel like a relaxing break in my day.
The level of care and attention they put into cleaning both the interior and exterior of my vehicle was simply outstanding. My Atlas looked brand new when they were done, with every inch sparkling. The baby’s car seats were meticulously cleaned and sanitized, which gave me such peace of mind knowing how thorough they were with every detail.
The service was not only top-notch but also incredibly efficient. Despite the high level of detail, everything was done in a timely manner without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a place where quality and speed go hand in hand, but Carwash Ecozone has mastered both.
If you’re looking for a premium car cleaning service in Miami where you’ll be treated with genuine care, professionalism, and enjoy exceptional results, I can’t recommend Carwash Ecozone enough! I’ll definitely be returning for all my car detailing needs. Thank you for such a...
Read moreI happened to see this place on google maps and thought I’d give it a shot since it had great reviews. This is a tough review for me because the end result was good. I pulled in and didn’t see any prices anywhere outside. They directed me inside to wait and they took my keys. I started looking at the price list and realized it would be $75 for their most basic wash for my Audi Q7. I really don’t want to sound cheap, but this is way more than I’ve paid for similar services nearby.
I tried to rationalize it by remembering that it’s eco-friendly and just went with it. There was one other car there when I got there and several employees. It took them 1 hour and 10 mins to complete my car. They were very detailed and seemed to do a good job, but I was told I’d be in and out since I chose the “silver” package.
Upon leaving, I was asked if I had google maps and if I’d leave a review. I told him I would. He asked me if I could do it now and I said I really need to get going, I’m running late. He asked me to look at my car and write a review. So I originally wrote a quick review just to satisfy the moment and move on. He then gave me my keys…
My car looked good- just as good as anywhere else I’d gone for more than half the price, but I noticed they missed a spot on my rear window, so there’s that for your 1 hour and 10 min wash.
Because of the time, price and annoyance for the review, I’m leaving 3 stars. I...
