I recently dined at 305 Peruvian, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere transported me straight to the heart of Peru. The decor, with its vibrant colors and traditional touches, set the perfect tone for what was to come.

The menu is a celebration of authentic Peruvian cuisine, featuring classic dishes alongside innovative takes on traditional recipes. I started with the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh, bursting with citrus and just the right amount of spice. For the main course, I had the lomo saltado, and it was absolutely perfect—tender beef, caramelized onions, and the tastiest fries all combined in a deliciously savory sauce.

The service was exceptional as well. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to explain the dishes and recommend pairings. They truly made me feel like a valued guest.

To top it all off, I couldn’t resist the picarones for dessert, which were fluffy, sweet, and drizzled with the most divine syrup. And the pisco sour? Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had!

If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Peru with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere, I can’t recommend 305 Peruvian enough. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
