From the moment I walked into Cajun Boil, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere immediately set the stage for a memorable evening. The décor was elegant yet cozy, with soft lighting and tasteful design choices that struck the perfect balance between sophisticated and inviting. The warm ambiance created an ideal space for both a romantic dinner and a casual meal with friends.
The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and I was promptly escorted to my table by the host, who made sure I was comfortable. But it was our server, Dylan, who truly made the night exceptional. From the start, Dylan’s friendly demeanor and attentiveness stood out. He was quick to introduce himself and provided thoughtful recommendations when I asked about the menu. What truly impressed me was how he balanced being personable without being overbearing—his timing was impeccable, and it was clear he was passionate about the restaurant and its offerings.
Throughout the meal, Dylan made sure everything was to our liking. He checked in just the right amount of times, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.
The service throughout the evening, largely thanks to Dylan, was flawless. He not only provided excellent recommendations but also made sure we felt valued and cared for throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find a server who truly elevates the dining experience, but Dylan did just that. He knew when to check in and when to give us space, offering his expertise with a warm, confident presence that made us feel as though we were his top priority.
As I wrapped up the meal and prepared to leave, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the experience. The combination of outstanding food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere made this visit a truly memorable one. Dylan’s exceptional service certainly left a lasting impression, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Cajun Boil.

Read moreMy son and his wife drove from Southern New Hampshire 32 hours to spend about 30 hours in Miami with me and he said that we were going to try some foods that are different or cooked different than we are used to so that brought us to the Cajun Boil in Brickell. The food and service was amazing and well worth the price for a rare special occasion. We started with some fried alligator, which was served on shredded iceberg lettuce with a piece of fresh lemon 🍋 and a container of delicious tarter sauce and we did enjoy that, very tasty and fried perfectly 🥰 We ordered a shared combination Boil with crawfish, shrimp, two small pieces of corn 🌽 on the cob, a couple of chunks of potatoes, amazing smoked sausage all cooked together in the perfect amount of spices that weren't too hot to the pallet. My daughter-in-law also got a noodle dish that was a Parmesan butter sauce with fresh shrimp and the serving was a good amount for us to share and it was delicious. She also got a beautiful cocktail and it was made with fresh ingredients and she enjoyed that, my son as well really liked the few sips he had as well 😀 I highly recommend trying this place out, the ingredients are all fresh and the price is definitely worth it for what you get. The only issue I had was when we were leaving for whatever reason they placed a table with guests in front of the handicap entrance/exit and an older female server got an attitude that I needed to go out that way and I'm using a walker because I recently had a surgery that I'm not really using the stairs safely yet...
Read moreCajun Boil Brickell is the best Cajun seafood I’ve ever had! This spot in Downtown (141 SW 7th St, Miami, FL 33130) is just a short walk from Brickell City Centre, and its standout service, particularly from manager Qiu, who thoughtfully provided hair ties for ladies, made our experience exceptional.
The menu was a delightful exploration of flavors. Highlights included the juicy Fried Gator Tenders, a must in Florida, and the Fresh Raw Oyster that brought the taste of the sea to our table. The Sweet Sriracha Chicken Wings were a surprising hit, balancing sweet and spicy perfectly.
Our mains, two hefty Seafood Combos, featured a mix of clams, shrimp, crawfish, and a deliciously prepared lobster tail. We chose spicy for one combo and medium for the other, both proving to be perfectly seasoned. The sides, especially the eggs, were excellent accompaniments.
We also enjoyed standout dishes like the Supreme Cajun Fried Rice and Lobster Mac & Cheese, both rich in flavor and highly recommended. Our drinks, Miami Sunshine and House Sangria, were both photogenic and delicious, pairing well with our meals.
Dessert was unforgettable, with baked coconut and chocolate layer cakes served with vanilla ice cream - a perfect end to our feast. Cajun Boil is a must-visit in Miami for an unforgettable...
