YUZU Frozen Yogurt & Crêpes — Restaurant in Miami

Terrible experience! I gave this place a second chance after a disappointing visit on Friday, where, for the second time, I received an incorrect order. (I even noticed the redhead girl happily going to eat my incorrect order in another room—it felt intentional.) I returned today with my daughter, hoping it would be different, but it was even worse. The redhead girl's service was very distracted. I ordered a Nutella crepe, but it practically had no Nutella in it. When I expressed my concern, both she and a colleague argued that the crepe only comes with a little Nutella on top, which contradicts my numerous previous visits. It's not fair to pay $15 for a crepe with no presentation and not even half a banana; even my 5-year-old daughter noticed how bad it looked. To top it off, they told me I had to pay extra if I wanted more Nutella. The customer service is absolutely dreadful. The guy working today was quite rude and aggressive when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It's a real shame, because my daughter loved coming here, but these two consecutive experiences have been so bad that we won't be returning. I feel like I completely...

Extremely horrible experience! The attendant guy which I obviously don’t have a name because he created such a bad experience for me to even wanting to remember his name. I had paid for my ice cream which had been close to 23 ounces; almost $15. I poured a little ounce extra on my ice cream which result in the attendant snatching it from my hand in a very aggressive way! Way to go! I know Miami it’s considered one of the worst cities for customer service but this is beyond that. I’m never coming back to this place ever again. Just wondering if the ounce of the syrup was going to even make a big difference to my bill! This guy has definitely no manners and he’s not a people person so good...

One of the rare frozen yogurt places that have the toppings always fresh and not stale. They are consistently crunchy and tasting fresh, which is excellent. The variety of yogurts is decent, but they have loads of toppings. Probably the most I ever experienced. Also, they always keep the place super clean and sanitize all the time. The prices are reasonable, and the fact that it is open late is super convenient. The frozen yogurt itself tastes fantastic with a nice texture and excellent consistency. Lastly, you have free and convent parking in front. For a frozen yogurt place, it is a 5 🌟. Have to taste the creeps...
