My friend chose this restaurant for her birthday. We had a party of ten. The atmosphere of the place is nice a cozy . However,Some of us that got here first started ordering food right away. So it will be ready by the time everyone is here. we ordered 3 set of Tanu omakase Which is the first dish that we ordered and we expect to be out for the appetizers. But it took more than 1 hour+ to come out. And we have to ask the server several times. But he said it's coming so many time too. Then the manager came by and said because they make sushi fresh it takes time to make that's why it took so long. So we kept waiting and waiting. By the time the sushi came out . We already get full with all the food that we ordered after that dishes . Some of the food didn't come out which is the salmon tiradito . So I asked the server to take it out of the bill since we almost finished and already ordered desert for my friend. But at the end it is still on our bill. I didn't realize because one of our friend took the bill and paid for it right away. We paid over $2,000 for dinner. Overall food is ok . The staff are nice for singing Happy birthday. Service could be better with the timing of the food. Also the portion of the food and drink are so small. We probably not going to go back anytime...
Read moreRiverlanding shops has always been a wonderful space to shop and enjoy your time at. However, there has been far too many difficulties when it comes to the parking situation. They removed the previous printed ticket machines, which allowed older individuals to have an easier way to paying their fine before leaving. Now you are required to pay with a QR code, which non-tech savy people are not the biggest fan of. And if they opt out of the QR code, any difficulties they face while paying at the gate causes a disaster, as there is only one exit per floor, creating an extremely long line of frustrated cars. Just yesterday, I witnessed a woman state to me she hadn't been able to leave for the past 20 minutes because the car at the gate wouldn't leave. This also brinfs the question: if your hour went over, you now have to pay over for the buildings poor management.
You can try to call for assistance but no one arrives in a timely manner. I personally don't have issues paying for parking, but others clearly do, which is a situation that should be resolved. Someone should always be near the gate at all times to handle any situation at any time, to prevent chaos...
Read moreParking attendant pocketing the parking fees, be careful. I got stuck there a half hour because the parking attendant disabled the payment processor on the machines at the exit and was taking cash from every car that went by, then pocketing it. I watched her take cash from three cars in front of me, while I waited for a chance to get out (which pushed me from the free exit to having to pay). When I tired to use multiple credit cards, it didn't work and since I didn't have cash the lady walked away and left me stuck there. She's about 4½ feet tall, mid 60s, Hispanic, and likes to eat cookies while ignoring the chaos. Anyway, I had to call the police just to get out and only then did she finally use the card she had in her pocket the whole time to open the gate. The customer service button on the screen hung up twice when attempting to call and on the third time they couldn't open the gate and they didn't know why. The shops there are great but the grift from the parking attendant is a...
