Extremely disappointing van rental experience. We originally booked a 2022 Mercedes van, but when we arrived, we were told it had a check engine light. The host offered a much older 2016 model instead, which was in poor condition — dirty interior, broken panels, cracked tail light, and the air conditioning barely worked. The van felt like it was stuck in 3rd gear and couldn’t go over 69 mph, making highway driving difficult and unsafe.

We had already traveled nearly 2 hours to pick up the van, so swapping again wasn’t realistic. The experience did not match what we paid for or what was promised. this is a SCAM!!! do not book with them!!! waste of time. we made a reservation for 3pm. we drove all the way to the location they sent us to park our cars and then they had us sit and wait for nobody to come. we even put down a deposit. we wasted so much time on this. horrible customer service. really pathetic to ruin peoples...
