THIS REVIEW IS ONLY in reference to Skylines staff, not towards the building or its cruel board members I am writing this review to ONLY express my sincere appreciation for an amazing EMPLOYEE at Skyline, Rey, who works at the front desk. His dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude truly makes a difference in the daily experience for all tenants in this building.
Rey consistently goes above and beyond in his role, always ready to assist with kindness and efficiency. One particular instance that stood out to me was one evening, when I came home late. I randomly found another vehicle in my designated spot. I calmly and politely call the front desk. Without me even having to ask, Rey immediately stepped in, offering me his own parking spot in the meantime. Not only that, but within the hour he had professionally and courteously located the tenant responsible and ensured the issue was resolved promptly.
This is just one example of Rey’s commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a welcoming and well-managed environment. His proactive approach and willingness to help truly set him apart, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding contributions to this building.
I just wanted to acknowledge and thank Rey, and make sure management is aware also of his hard work and dedication. Employees like him make a significant impact, and I am grateful for...

I would not recommend that anyone live here. The building staff are so incredibly rude. Particularly the manager Jacqueline. They have a million crazy rules, and fees, and will send you a $200 fine for any minor infraction. They will seriously jump at any opportunity to do so. There’s even a fee for picking up your own packages if you wait longer than 2 days. The elevators are extremely slow. They do everything they can to make my life as difficult as possible. Given that I’m paying a fortune to live here, it’s ridiculous. I get that safety is a priority, but I’m a young woman being treated with extreme hostility trying to go to MY apartment or MY parking spot - they need to tone it down. It’s exhausting and I’m looking forward...

I have never met or lived amongst the angriest of people in miami - born and raised in miami never seen anything like it - the people are older and act like their life is over - I can’t walk my dog without people speaking about me or telling me what to do and what not to do … I wear a hat around the building and keep my head down because the residents here which are seniors are not kind or welcoming at all -
I wil randomly have residents come and ask if I live and belong on this building … I guess they think I’m not good enough to live here
