So I was initially very excited to go to this gym. I contacted the number on the website to set up a first-class so I could later explore membership options. The lady on the phone (her name was Andrea I believe) was extremely nice and told me to "just go to the class, no need to schedule" so I did. It was absolutely pouring in Miami and I happened to Uber that day. When I arrived, the man at the front started asking me the normal questions to see if I was a member. I told him I had called, what the lady on the phone said and that I was here for a first class. The man then proceeded to tell me that the "call center people don't know what their doing" and that they had given me incorrect information. Apparently the "first class" offer was for people who lived in the "area" I explained that I in fact did live in the area but according to him I was a few streets off and didn't qualify for the "neighborhood deal" and that he unfortunately couldn't do anything and that those were "orders from management". I was shocked and felt discriminated because I was looking forward to the class and being rejected like this made me feel awful. Not only that but I wasn't informed of the "deal" that he informed me about. I was able to join the class after a few minutes, but felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was treated with zero empathy and it seemed like I had to beg (which I did... ) in order to join a 40 minute workout class. I was looking forward to starting a membership since the workout was exactly what I was looking for but I rather search for somewhere else where they provide correct information and don't make you feel rejected just because of where you live, whether it's the area or not. Also, that "call center that doesn't know what their doing" isn't a potential members problem. Overall, the workout was amazing but the customer service and misunderstanding was a total turnoff and I wouldn't want to visit...

Read moreI’ve been on and off with working out for years—going to the gym, lifting some weights, then heading home feeling kind of unmotivated. I finally decided to give Sweat 440 a try after stumbling across it on ClassPass, and it’s been a game-changer. After trying a few other gyms and not being impressed, I walked into Sweat 440 and was immediately greeted by friendly, upbeat trainers. The vibe was so different from what I was used to.
The 40-minute workouts are legit—they keep you engaged the whole time with a new focus every 10 minutes. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can double up and do two classes back-to-back (definitely a challenge, but worth it). I was wiped out by the end of my first class, but in the best way—I honestly felt like a noodle walking out LOL. What really sets Sweat 440 apart, though, is the trainers. They’re not just there to guide you—they make you feel like they’re genuinely invested in your progress. It feels like you have a whole team behind you, supporting and encouraging you every step of the way. It’s more than just a workout; it’s like being part of a little community or village that’s rooting for you.
I ended up canceling my ClassPass membership that day and just stuck with Sweat 440. Three months in, and I’ve never felt better, both physically and mentally. The workouts push me in ways I never expected, and I actually look forward to going now. It’s been a great experience, and I can’t...
