Was at the gun counter Sunday 5 weeks ago, it was busy, and I wanted to buy a legion pistol, asked nicely and quietly as I am not the one to want people in my business, for an appraisal on my Sig pistol. I was going to sell it as a partial payment for picking up the Sig legion, told the guy I know I won’t get close to what I paid but was offered a trade a few months prior at Cabela’s for a $500. He passes it on to the back and 10 minutes later this loud mouth, comes from the back and says you go to Cabela’s because I won’t give you that and continued to ramble on, obnoxiously loud trying to belittle or embarrass me. Which he did embarrass me in front of my wife, and all the customers at the counter area, along with himself. Understand, that I have spent over $20k easily with this store and even drove down to the Ashland store as they sold the Sig suppressors needed for my Canebrake that I purchased from them- which they said they had and didn’t. But I am loyal and still kept going to you (FFF), until this obnoxious employee humiliated me.

I’m done! I am not some first time buyer, I’ve been through multiple wars and shooting for decades, owning some of the most esoteric firearms made. I did go to Cabela’s the next Monday and ordered it through them for the same price, minus a 5% military veteran discount and 6.5% sales tax, saving some more money, and they were all happy to help me and other customers. Further, since I was going to buy it with cash, as with every one of my firearm purchases at FFF, they said use the Cabela’s card 6 months same as cash and 10% reward points. So, another $150 off the firearm. I then paid off the card the following week. You lost a customer! As I said I own very nice weapons and everything I buy is really just to have, not needed. you can check your records with my name. The apparel, ammo, OPTICS, and supplies, easily another $10-15k.

I have been recommending to my fellow vets to look into what I did, was at the VFW and American Legion and let them all know what’s up. That $150 I saved, I just put it towards an online order for a Romeo1Pro red dot and besides the 10% off for veteran discount, I got the $150 in rewards to put towards it, out of pocket $186. Added photos for you to digest this and so you or the readers don’t think I am making this up. Hope you feel as embarrassed as I did. But I do thank you for treating me like you did, which is why you get 1 star instead of a...

Store has everything a outdoorsman could want and ask for other than the actual outdoors. Has plenty of hunting attire, camping supplies, cooking, cutlery, archery, guns, storage, accessories, and a lot more. Only thing that could make this place a whole lot more enjoyable to go to might be some of the staff. Now I won’t say all of them are bad or they won’t help you but certainly have been some questionable encounters here. Not only myself but other people have also witnessed that the wrong gun has been sold to a person. I myself had to return to the store at least 4 times before my purchase was corrected and even then there was no type of courtesy involved for taking major amounts of time out of my day. As well as the questionable “am I getting everything I payed for?”. Someone who might not know what to look for might not notice that an extra mag might have been removed from the box and either sold separately or just seems to disappear. You will also run into the awesome occasional guy at the counter who will come over and try to basically insult you during an interaction which usually was never included with in the first place, such as telling you how cheap the gun you’re buying is or how it’s a “piece of crap” or how many of them have been returned. Now even when asking questions like “well why was it returned? Reliability? Did they maintain their firearm? Was it faulty manufacturing?” No real responses are made. But it just depends who you get. Anyway that’s my review of fin feather. I hope you have a good experience here because it really is a cool store and I’m glad to have it...

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! I REPEAT DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND BUNCH OF LIARS! This place deserves 0 star I i called in before driving to their store to check if they have a Taurus TX 22 they said yes, I asked for persons name there was a good silence, I ignored it and asked the price they said $329.99! Since the price was $309.99 in other stores with no availability I said to myself I wouldn’t mind paying extra $20! I made it to the store they saying it’s $349.99 i was like this is not what I was told over the phone! Joe asked who you talked to! I replied they didn’t give me name! He said I can’t do anything about it! He convinced and I purchased the firearm! Later that week I found out a store have it available and they are selling it for $309! I called again this place and asked if they can price match and give me the difference, i heard yes! Over the phone I heard yes! Had him repeat himself he did, then i asked for name! Again silence! Hung up! I was like okay cool i will drive again and get my differences! I came here today it’s Saturday they 23rd of October! I explained the whole thing before I even finish my sentence they go like “nope not gonna happen” i was like I’m not even finished talking “we know what you’re saying, not going to happen” i was like I need to talk Dave Rynhart! He came out after 15 minutes and said the same thing!I walked outta the store! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY STRAIGHT LIE TO YOUR FACE! If I could I would give them 0 star thanks for the bad...

Very disappointing experience I was looking at a used Glock 26 I asked if it had a case the guy looked at the tag it had a case then I asked to look at it he got it out and hand it to me I was looking at it this other guy came over and was interested in the gun so I asked him if you wanted to look at it he said yes he started talking to the guy about taking it apart he looked at it in depth he asked if I'd had another magazine the guy said let me go get the case he went got the case it have another magazine in the case and the loader and the cleaning rod then the guy said he would take it so I don't know how I got left out when I was looking at the gun first and offered to let the guy look at the gun they're basically ignored mewhen I was inquiring about the weapon first and would have purchased it for that price. I don't think that's a way to do business and just ignore someone so I just left the store and I don't plan on going back unless they want to make it up to me somehow. Unfortunately my dad spent a lot of money this year at this store I can assure you he won't spend anymore nor either one that I know.

I don't know how they do it, but they always have the best prices for firearms. They also price match, which is awesome, and the rebates they offer through the manufacturer or in-store are just impossible to say no to. Best-in-class service, friendly, quick, and effective. The only place I truly recommend is a large store for outdoor adventure products in Ohio. Way! WAY! It's better than Bass Pro or Cabelas. The two nicest guys at the counter have helped me during the last few visits (Joe and I forgot the gentleman's name, but he us tall and has a large, light beard). They have even gone above and beyond, looking for very specific and rare parts that weren't available and giving me online examples of which maker to get them from. I will always be back!
