Stopped in at the Panera on Bagley on our drive home (a 40+min drive). Didn’t have time to eat there because I had my 4yo with me and wanted to get him home, fed and showered before bedtime (which is at 7:30pm and it was already close to 6pm). Although we went in to order (because we needed to use the restroom), I ordered all of our food to go. Once they called my name for our food, I checked the receipt to make sure all of the “customizations” were correct, moved stuff around in the bag to make sure we got 2 soups, 2 salads, 2 sandwiches 2 baguettes, a fruit cup and a bakery item. Everything looked like it was there. Once we got home and I was able to get everything OUT of the bag and noticed our salads looked VERY empty. I paid $9.99 for the new Mediterranean grains salad and another $13.49 for the same salad plus chicken. I customized BOTH salads to have extra cucumber, onions, grains as well as the hummus on the side (and yes I double checked the receipt). The salads were literally just lettuce… the chicken one did have chicken, but that’s it. We didn’t even get any thing on the side…including the salad dressing. What made me mad was the fact that when I called, I was hung up on. Once I called again and asked to speak to a manager, I got Tony. Tony told me the only way he could make it right was if I drove back out and showed them my receipt. I explained how it wasn’t possible for me to pack up my child, drive 40+minutes there and then 40+minutes back home just for them to “remake” the salads. My suggestion to Panera (especially since overall, Panera only has. 1.7 start rating…that’s AWFUL btw) would be to offer getting a mailing address and mail gift cards. You should be able to look up my order with my email/phone number that was used for points. None of that was even asked. I was just rudely interrupted (after already being hung up on when I wasn’t even being unpleasant) with “I’m sorry there isn’t anything we can do if you can’t come back and show me the receipt”. This 100% backs up the 1.7 star-rating and explains why most of your customers are dissatisfied with their service and/or food. Do better — if I could give you a zero-star-rating, you better believe I would — you...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE COFFEES WERE MIXED UP - I ONLY DRINK DECAF AND THE HAZELNUT WAS IN THE BREW WITH THE LABEL DECAF. THE DECAF WAS IN THE BREW LABELED HAZELNUT. THIS IS A MAJOR HEALTH VIOLATION AS SOMEONE WITH ALLERGY COULD BE SERIOUSLY HARMED. Visited this location on 12/30/18 at 10:30 am. The cashier (Margaret as it says on the receipt) that was working seemed new to the job. We had several issues while ordering. First, we ordered a blueberry bagel, egg sandwich, and fruit cup and the cashier forgot to ring up the rest of our order: a blueberry muffin, tea, qnd coffee. We did not realize this until we had already checked out. After waiting in line again we tried to order the items that the cashier forgot to ring up. After we checked out a second time we found out that the cashier rang up a second blueberry bagel instead of a muffin. The cashier then forgot to give me a cup for the coffee. On top of that, I had asked to have the bagel toasted- the cashier forgot to toast the bagela and I did not realize this until we were already gone. And the egg and cheese sandwich was not very hot. I would not recommend this location and I will be telling everyone I know about this experience at the bagley...
Read moreEmployees and management are extremely rude. Ate in and had a bowl that was caked in food inside and out, when I kindly asked for a new Mac and cheese Bc the bowl is dirty I was met with rolling Eyes, no apology and just complete passive aggressive energy when I was nice about the entire situation. Not to mention the person being so rude was a manager herself. When I called to let them know the last few times I’ve been to this location the staff is always rude or they always forget something I was met with (a manager !) simply making excuses for everything I said happened rather than apologizing. Will never be coming here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this location. you shouldn’t treat your customers like they’re a bother when they are the reason you’re employed, as someone who works in customer service I would never treat a customer the way I was treated, even if they themselves were rude, you’re at work you’re being paid, have some polish about yourself. If I could give you 0 stars I would. If you’re that unhappy with your job get a new one don’t take it out...
