iSmoke Shop — Attraction in Millcreek

Asked the guy for two disposable vapes. I specifically said I wanted them rechargeable, and non ice variants. He recommended Savage brand. He personally picked out two vapes and handed them to me. I did not point to either of them. Turns out one is rechargeable, one isn't. I immediately walked back in after going to my car and seeing the difference.

He would not take the non-rechargeable vape back and give me a rechargeable one. Why?

However when you recommended me one brand I asked if they were rechargeable and you said no, I said I wanted rechargeable because I often have problems with ones that say they are so many puffs and die on me before reaching that. You recommended Savage I asked if they were rechargeable and you read the box and said yes. I said I wanted non ice fruity flavors and YOU picked out the two flavors and read them aloud and I said that's fine. You then asked me to try them before I left the store. I did and said they were good. That is in policy to make sure you do not get a dead vape. You blatantly lied and then said have a good Christmas on the way out being smug. Dude you messed up. Rather than just replacing the $12(or less) you pay for a vape you will surely make back on me because I live close by, you chose to go that route.

You think I am trying to scam you by walking out the door and immediately walking back in to tell you?...

(Long winded review, but hey.) (Rude and inappropriate Manage or employee.) OK. I used to like the shop. But I just got tan off their property for someone else's trash, but he didn't want to listen and check his cameras. He insisted that it was my trash, then he gave me an attitude about it and a crazy look in his eye like he was right (That's where I decided it was time to escelate the situation slightly, since he was stuck that he was right. YES, IM A PETTY PERSON, BUT ONLY WHEN YOU MESS WITH ME). He can check the camera at the front that will show I didn't come into his parking lot with trash. I bought a green tea beforehand and threw it away at the taco Time there (I remember because I accidentally let go of my vape, throwing it in the trash as well.) But, I didn't leave trash and had respect when he told me he wasn't open yet. But then he made immature gestures and chased after me when I said to go inside and stop staring at me when I went...

Really cool peeps. In fact best people I've dealt with at any smoke shop or most places in general.. Didn't have what I wanted but they got it for me. Got exactly what I wanted very quickly. I'm a lifetime customer. Above and beyond for sure. Def recommend them. Don't have to buy 4-10 of something to get a good deal on vape accessories. Place is the best. Thanks for taking the time to order a new product just for me. 👍👍👍 You guys are the 💣.. Update. These guys continue to go above and beyond for me. They are truly wonderful people and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are opening a few other business on the corner of state and 3900. Coffee which I love and have no doubt it will be delicious.
