Planet Fitness — Attraction in Milwaukee

This place is the cleanest and up to date of all the pfs I've been to BY FAR 100% kudos. The day staff is also very friendlyy. especially monica (shes soooo friendly and always keeps the bathroom fresh)

Based on how Planet Fitness has treated me and people with disabilities as evidenced by a friend of mine, I will not be having anything to do with the company in any manner from here on out. Throughout the pandemic, when people are struggling to make ends meet and not patronizing Planet Fitness, they are busy hitting people’s accounts last year with new heightened annual fees and charging late fees to accounts if not paid for one reason or another. This is the case when customers are not even using their service. Outrageous! As another unethical act, they refuse to close your account when you call up there and ask them to do so. Instead, they force you to do it in person or by sending a letter. This is clearly done as a scam so people won’t bothered to close their account and they can keep charging them. Again, no concern for customers in the midst of a pandemic. They stoop to low levels for the almighty dollar. I will be taking my gym services elsewhere following the pandemic and spreading words on this company, this location and its rude and unreasoned manager, Desiree.

This is a nice very small gym. I give it 4 stars because you have to pay to park. The good this about it is that they help it be cheaper a little. Once you park at the grand pavilion and you get the slip you bring the slip in planet fitness and show the person behind the desk and they put a sticker on top of it and if you stay at the gym less than an hour and move you car once turning your slip in to the machine it will say you have to pay $2, but if you stay at the gym one hour you pay $3 and and if you stay longer than one hour every hour after the first it's JUST $1 more. And it goes up from there. Maybe because I'm not use to paying to park just to work out but they don't have a parking lot of their own but the gym is nice, you have to keep your mask on while you work out and can take it off to drink water they did not seem to strict about it but that's what the woman told me when I called before coming in and I called and asked because other planet fitness gyms say once you come in you can take the mask off .
