Came in here one time previously to get my acrylics soaked/removed off. My nail tech proceeded to use a plastic extension to pop the acrylics off of my nails. When I asked her why she didn’t soak them off she just said “it’s fine just look”. My nails were damaged and brittle afterwards, more so than they would have been if the acrylics were properly removed. I decided to come in again, hoping that my previous experience was a fluke. I was coming in for a fill and I asked for chrome. My tech did a pretty good job on drilling down previous acrylic, cleaning cuticles up, and shaping/filing the new acrylic. However, the chrome powder was applied SO poorly. My nail tech would take a brush dipped in acetone to “clean up” the edges and would end up removing the chrome.. it was really disappointing. It was clear that the salon had a lot of regulars, and I don’t doubt that most of the nail techs do great work, but my previous experiences will not make me a repeat customer.

Honestly I think it depends anywhere WHO is doing your nails not necessarily where. I’ve had great experiences and terrible ones at the same shop- just different employees. I couldn’t tell you who this was because she did not introduce herself. My nails have literally never looked worse 😂 it’s almost comical -I have to go home and take the polish off and re do them myself . I noticed nail technicians are like immediately crabby if you’re just doing regular polish instead of gel - but I hate the process of removing gel and it shouldn’t really matter . I think this is my last time going back to daisy nails unfortunately. The woman was in a hurry, she was very short with everything and she just didn’t give a **** you could tell. Even the nails that are not smudged are not gone over enough and look really really bad. oh well -I can cross Daisy off my list of places to go :(

I called and asked about a soak off, and was told I could come in for a take off no problem. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait about 15 minutes, not usually a problem for me. However when he started taking off my nails he used a tip extension to pop them off. I let him get through two nails before I stopped and asked for a proper healthy soak off. Anyone with acrylics knows popping them off is not good! He then wasn’t patient with the soak off process and I walked out with the thinnest most brittle nails I’ve ever experienced. I’ve since gone to other techs and they said my nails are essentially ruined until they grow all the way out. I should’ve just walked out when I saw the tips. Will never go back and don’t recommend! You can see in the photos my nails are all cracked!

Daisys nails has always been a favorite nail salon. However today I went to get a gel pedicure and I let them know I wanted a gel pedicure lavender and hot stones.

The guy who did my pedicure proceeded to do my pedicure however forgot the lavender and then wrapped old rags around my legs she warmed them up in a plastic bag and then brought the plastic bag next to him. Sat down and then took out the old rags and wrapped them around my legs 😔 I was so disappointed. Any nail salon I’ve ever gone to has always had separate towels for customers, that was one thing I noticed right away. Next he continued with the pedicure and then when finishing up the gel pedicure proceeded to massage my legs but wasn’t even a massage. It was more so, put lotion on my legs and then just asking me if it felt good. I said I have to get going. He then said “oh I forgot” brought out two small bags filled with a purple liquid. I said no thank you! At this point I was upset and wanted to leave. Then proceeded to charge me $78 I said don’t you say it was $60 He said yeah but $15 extra for a gel pedicure I said that’s not what it says on your sheet that they initially give you. He said yeah it’s $75 He charged me $78 He tipped himself $3 and over charged me for services that were not provided. I respect the work one does when providing a pedicure however I don’t think it’s at all fair to charge for services that were not provided. This has lead me to look for a different nail salon and to never return here. If you can help it find a different nail salon. This nail salon simply isn’t...

Went here twice should've stop after the first time. The first time my nail tech talked me into acrylic when I explained I wanted dip. She told me she could do the ombre design and then had to switch to french tip at the last second because she was struggling to do a black to clear look. I was frustrated and disappointed but I was happy with the end result so I tipped well and tried to just remember to ask for a difference tech in the future. I went today for the second time and just wanted to get the acrylic removed and get a mani-pedi with clear polish for a fresh start. The pedicure was great. The manicure was awful. The tech knew I need to get acrylic off I said multiple times while she was giving me a pedicure. But she took no initiative to start soaking my nails for easy removal. She said she couldn't retain my length of my nails and cut them back uncomfortably low. She tried to pry off the old acrylic by wedging a fake press on nail between the old product and then clip off what she lifted. It hurt really bad and I was shocked because I'd never had that done to my nails. I winced through a nail and a half before I let her know that it hurt and she'd need to soak it off or file it down. From that point on she became short and non verbal unless communicating with the other tech. I felt so mad I almost left but she was half way through my service and I just didn't want to fight. In the end my nails hurt and I'm 95 dollars poorer. I wont be coming back for her...

If I could give 0 stars for my experience today I would. I called in and made a 530 appointment today when I got in. I was asked if I could wait 10 minutes. I said yes that 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes once it hit 6 o’clock and she was done with the previous client, someone called out for me to go to the back the woman who was set to do my nails begin to ask the client mom if she wanted her nails done as well backstory input she did my nails before and I did not like them because all of them were crooked she was upset because I asked her to remove them and put them on straight ever since then we agreed that she will not do my nails back today willing to give her another chance due to the urgency of me needing my nails done but once she signal, she didn’t want to do my nails with asking someone else if they wanted their nails done I simply walked out of the establishment that was rude. It was disrespectful and I would’ve appreciated proper communication saying that she didn’t want to do my nails and if I could wait for someone else to become available, but instead, they spoken their language and discussed me and watched me walk out the store. I will never give ✨Daisy Nails✨ my money ever again. Kim typically does my nails all the time but unfortunately, she’s out but this experience today has caused them to lose a customer forever I hated my...
