Timing/scheduling conflicts , called to get instalocks couldn’t find it on there website, after I got in touched with the Loctician karly.. she told me on the phone that it’s alright “I can see you Wednesday “ Wednesday came I had marked on my calendar for 8am I thought maybe I made a mistake because it was odd they open at noon. So on said date we mutually canceled with the understanding of next Wednesday would be our said date . I’m coming with the understanding that she remembered our previous conversation about an instalock appointment. So I schedule and made a deposit, came on time and walked in ready to go and literally ready to go.. she canceled on our appointment because it would of been too long of a process… I’m highly disappointed and feel like I wasted valuable time and gas as I live in st.Paul and was referred to this place by an friend.. don’t know...

Went in and spoke to Mandy about getting a re-install of my temporary synthetic dreads. 45 SE dreads. Agreed on price $65/hour a couple days ago. Then today she calls me and said she made a mistake and has to charge me $600. For making 45 sections and braiding my dreads in? Obviously she never works with synthetic only dreads. That is highly overpriced and she ought to be ashamed charging people like that for 2-3 hours of work. It really bothers me when a business promises a service then doesn't follow through. Bad business. I dont know what world they are living in. Will not recommend...

They did a great job with my lowlights and haircut. I'm trying to gently ease into the gray hairs in my temples, rather than have to keep up with hair dye, so I needed a subtle hand. The stylist that worked on my hair erred on the side of caution and talked with a couple colleagues about the right shade to use, and did a good job shaping my hair without losing length. Some salons can be unpleasant towards folks that have previously dyed their hair at home, but there was none...
