My experience at Direct computer outlet was amazing !. I walked in not knowing for sure what I needed for what I would be doing. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question that I had. I was very impressed at the level of knowledge and respectfulness of every single member that I talked with. Once they helped me figure out what I needed they even went a step further and offered to help me set it up and have it ready to go before I left the store. Ive never had any store give me the great service and that extra customer care that they did. During the process of setting it up they explained all of the functions of the computer and how to do some simple things that almost every person needs to do such as creating a new account on the device and changing passwords for the login and many more. After that I thought it couldn't get better but it did, once it was all set up they gave it nice wipe down and made it look even better than it already did. Excellent experience and a surprisingly pleasant find in Mission. I was looking for a relatively inexpensive laptop for work purposes which could be easily worked on/upgraded and the front clerk pointed me to a few refurbished options at a very fair price. After some discussion on their refurbishment process and warranty, I walked out with a Dell Latitude laptop that while looked rather dated (had some robust hinges which sold the deal as I tend to use my machines rather roughly at work), had good battery life, additional RAM slapped onto it, and DCO's stamp of approval for 140 dollars with tax.

The device works very well following a windows reset even with a HDD, and I plan to replace the HDD with a SSD for a further performance boost. With the SSD upgrade purchase, my total will come up to just over 190 dollars for a zippy windows device dedicated for work and build like tank.
