Where do I begin? One night I was on google searching ways to get rid of plantar fasciitis and relief for shoulder calcific tendonitis. I've had plantar fasciitis since I was 19 years old and calcific tendonitis for over a year and a half. I put in my zip code and Cryotherapy in Montclair popped up. I had already heard of this many months ago and had promised my mom to take her "one day". Soon enough, this day came and I was ready to go for myself and take my mother. We arrived for our appointment on an early Saturday morning and we were greeted by the three most loveliest women. Colleen (the owner) and her associates were so warm and inviting- they made the whole process of being new: EASY PEASY! The intro prices for new customers was definitely worth it! I tried the full body cryotherapy and sound waves for my plantar fasciitis. When I completed both treatment, I sat down by the front desk and cried tears of joy trying to explain to Colleen how I hadn't felt such relief in years. For over 11 years, I couldn't step foot on the floor as soon as I woke up without moaning in pain. My heels and arches would be the end of me every single day after work. These two therapy procedures were heaven sent. I've been there every two weeks since (which was recommended). Oh, and my mom? Mom goes every single day for her cryotherapy. Wow! This place is top notch! The whole staff is super positive and always friendly. The facility is spotless and Covid safety measures are strictly followed. I joined their 31 Day Weight Loss Challenge to jump start the new year. I'm new to cryotherapy and was nervous at first but Sofia answered all my questions and assured me I could handle the cold. Hands down I would highly recommend this place. I had the BEST experience, most friendliest staff and Colleen is very knowledgeable made me feel at ez. I was nervous about getting in the full body cryotherapy, my fiance was there with me so that helped, also Colleen and Julie. I have RA and my joints where aching b4 my session, but right after I was done the stiffness in my fingers felt so much better that I was able to make a fist.
