Stay away from Joanne/Joanne

Been there 4 days and I was the unfortunate one to get her. I’ve never had a more painful and insulting massage. She was rough, turned on the fan because she was hot, and elbows to my bones. She scraped my whole body with her hard to elbows even moving my arms she was rough. Felt as if she was releasing all her trauma on my massage.

I came with my sister at 7 and was told to wait till 730 so we did. I came with every expectation for a good massage and I always get at least 90 mins. I kept thinking it was going to get better and beyond exhausted to even care because there was no one left.

I had the heart to give her $20 tip and nothing more and to find another job she doesn’t belong there and should not be massaging /...

The massage itself was good, but it was very loud. There was a customer talking on the phone for a long time with a loud voice, and no one bothered to ask her to stop. Then, there was another person in a private room who kept making noise the entire time I was getting my massage.

I really wish the management would do something about customers who don’t have manners — some people just don’t have common sense. It’s hard to relax with all that noise. Next time, I’ll probably bring earplugs.

I REALLY love this place I have been going for about 8 years. It is my go to place to rejuvenate. The massages are amazing. Prices are great. Staff is friendly. Their massages take away my stresses and put me right to sleep. I take my friends and family members and they enjoy it so much.
