Definitely the highlight of the aquarium. The otter program is world famous and is basically singlehandedly responsible for saving the entire species, and the exhibit and employees here do a great job teaching you about the animals and explaining why the aquarium'a work is so important. If you come during a feeding, window space will be limited, but you will get to see the otters in action eating food and playing with toys and handlers.
