It all started on July 3 2024,I went into the store ordered an paid for my furniture, I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks . So my furniture was delivered on August 20,ok 2guys came from Birmingham and the way they took the furniture off the truck was like the stone age,they literally threw the boxed furniture off the truck onto the ground ,I asked isn't that harming the furniture ,they said No it's gonna be ok.got the furniture in the house I didn't let them place it because I wasn't sure where I wanted it's on August 23 ,3 days later while placing my furniture i seen that the back of my chair had a tear ok. So I called to the store on the 24th an talked to the manager Linda ,she said we'll replace it NO problem take a picture of the defect an send it ,that's what I did.So a week had gone by nothing done called Linda back couldn't talk to her ,somehow I got connected to Jeff in the Hoover store ,an this is what happened he was rude over talking me an Linda was on the h e phone with us also so we were arguing back an forth like Iwas his wife ,NOT a paying customer ,he got so mad an YELLED in the phone an said I'm not gone deal with you anymore ,you just deal with the Montgomery store ,it was TERRIBLE!!! I have never had an experience like th a t before me being a paying customer ,so I finally got my chair today October 8!!! SO MY ADVICE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY FURNITURE ,DON'T GO TO THIS STORE !!! ITS BEEN A NIIGHTMARE !!! THE ONLY GOOD AT ROYALE FURNITURE IS : TABITHA JONES she sold me the furniture she's very kind an caring great customer service ,but DON'T BUY FROM THEM ITS BEEN...
