Tried to give them the opportunity to make this right before leaving a review. Went in to order balloons last week for my daughter’s birthday party. Was told at the end of my order I would need to pay extra for hi-float since the party was on a Sunday and they were closed. I was told I had to pick up before close on Saturday and the hi float would allow these to last a week so they would be ready anytime before 6. Saturday at 5:30 to went to pick up the order and was told balloons were not ready and while standing and waiting on the order to be done, they took several people walking in the door ordering balloons and fulfilled their balloon orders (blew up their balloons) ahead of mine while I waited on my pre ordered pre paid for balloons. After over 30 minutes of waiting, and getting the balloons home only to find out the next morning the balloons they deflated overnight. They were so awful looking I wanted to throw them away and not use them. This was $85 dollars in balloons they were deflated. Even the foil balloons were mushy and not full of air.

I relayed all of this to Ace’s and they said that the girl who took the order charged me for hi float but did not mark it on the order sheet, so she would refund me for hi float and the latex balloons, not the very overpriced foil balloons and balloon weights. You would think after the customer service experience and the fact that their mistake made my entire balloon order look terrible, that they would take full accountability. They refunded me $34 dollars out of $85.

Will never go here again and would not recommend. Party City is cheaper, faster and has better...

When I met Mara at the store, she was flanked by her trusty sidekicks - Hudson and Mina. I have to say that I LOVE anyplace that is pet-friendly. lol

Walking through the aisles, you can't help but be inspired by the party colors, themes, and decor options. The walls are covered with balloons, which truly puts you in a festive spirit.

If you run concessions, you must see their selection of candies, sno-cone flavors, popcorn supplies, and cotton candy sugar.

Been in a few times and never had an issue. This last time in the store, 3 people ignored me. One gal came to the register and would not even acknowledge me, no eye contact, nothing. Looked grumpy. Could of said, Sir give me one moment and I will help you or here is a piece of paper go ahead and write down the balloons you would like and pick them up later or hey, sorry, I'm tied up and one of the others will help you. Just communicate with folks, I know what it's like to work in retail, it can suck. Days can be crazy but you are the one that lost money. Someone else can have...
