She has a unique ability to create a welcoming environment for all levels, making sure every participant feels challenged and supported.
Bryanna’s attention to detail and clear instructions ensure that each move is done with proper form, which I really appreciate. She takes the time to correct posture and offers modifications when needed, making the workout accessible but still effective. I always leave her class feeling strong, balanced, and energized! I started with the 8 class pass to help prepare for my labor and postpartum journey and after taking a few classes, quickly upgraded to the unlimited pass! It truly has been the best decision I’ve made for myself throughout my pregnancy. I am currently 6 months and have felt such a difference in my flexibility, and strength in my core muscles and posture to help support all of the changes my body is going through. The instructors have been incredible and so attentive throughout my pregnancy, helping me modify any positions or exercises as needed, and always making me feel comfortable, empowered, positive, and encouraged. All of the teachers have been amazing but I find myself always on Bryanna’s schedule. Bryanna has been so welcoming from the start and has provided 45 minutes of sanity that I look forward to any time I can catch her class while taking care of a toddler at home. She has now helped me get through 37 weeks of pregnancy (and hopefully a little longer!) without aches and pains like I had with my first.
