Staples — Attraction in Moses Lake

My recent experience I had at the Moses Lake Staples was Aaamazing! Courtney did an exceptional job at helping me prepare and print my daughters 8th Birthday Invitations. I was having troubles with getting the Canva invitation template to fit the Staples online print order template. Courtney helped me get it corrected quickly...like seconds quick, created my order for all the 50 copies I needed and made sure they printed beautifully, she REALLY knocked it out of the park she deserves a raise or a promotion because she is really setting the bar high for Staples. I will be sure to go see her for all my other printing needs, most specifically my sons Birthday invitations in July. The rest of the employees were also very courteous, Carson was the only one I got the name of but just want to say thank you to the entire print team. You all are Amazing and Soo So...

I'm Mrs. MM--and as a senior citizen, after fighting through traffic, it's such a welcome relief to walk into a store where EVERYone is so polite and helpful. I found one shopping cart outside near my car, took it in, they helpfully sanitized it for me. When finished shopping, I left the cart exactly where I found it. (Grateful to have found it out there!) A store employee said she'd take it inside for me--I could have hugged her at that point. Always a wonderful experience at this store. We need to patronize our local store, folks, or else it will...

Tried to purchase a new power cord for my computer today, a USB – C, very common cord to which I was told that by an employee that Windows computers don’t use that cord. I told the woman that I have two windows computers they both use it, including a Toshiba. She very rudely laughed at me and told me that Toshiba has not made computers in over six years... went to Walmart and got exactly what I needed for half the price. It’s one thing to be uneducated, it’s another thing to spread your false beliefs and laugh at customers who work with computers...
