Baby Bloomers — Attraction in Mount Pleasant

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Baby Bloomers! my daughter’s entire nursey was purchased from Baby Bloomers. I was not sure what I wanted for bedding and curtains in my daughter’s room. They sat down with me and helped me come up with a vision I didn’t even know I had! I mean down to the fabric choices and the paint color for the walls.

My stroller was also purchased from Baby Bloomers…they truly stand by their products. My daughter’s car seat got stuck on the stroller and I did not have a car seat. We called the store and Kinsey immediately got in her car to come to my house and help us out to see what the problem was. She also brought us a car seat to use in the meantime not only did she bring use a car seat but she was able to help me get a brand new car seat and stroller within a week!

Talk about great customer service! This store is a MUST shop for all things baby. This store has everything and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a nursery glider and baby clothes. Everything is top quality and the store is very enjoyable to shop. With delays during the pandemic, our furniture was delayed until after our baby was born. The owner and staff were not only apologetic, they lent us a glider chair from the store to use until ours came in. The owner delivered it to our house, and when our chair did come in, he came and picked up the loaner and delivered ours. We live an hour and a half away from the store, and he delivered it in the evening, after we were home from work. Each time I called the store, the staff asked about the baby and were very helpful and pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone I know in the area who is expecting or has young children. We have purchased several pieces of furniture for our kids rooms from them, which have all stood the test of time. When our son transitioned to a toddler bed about 9 months ago, we bought the transition pieces from them for the crib we have purchased. The pieces broke recently, so I reached out to see if they could replace them since it hadn’t even been a year yet, and they did so immediately (free of charge of course) Win and his wife are great people who do right by their customers.
