I came in to browse and check on my hemming order that I sent in a little over a month ago. Usually my hemming orders go super fast and they do an excellent job. I was wondering what was taking them longer than usual so I went to check on it and they let me know about an issue that they had with the recent tropical storm and delays in hemming. Totally fine by me but I was just curious about a general timeline so I asked Ally and when she checked she said it seemed like it got lost in transit, as some items did. Without hesitation (instead of just telling me “it is what it is”) she immediately offered to replace the item. I was shocked but very grateful! She showed me the section where that item was and let me take my time deciding. When I found the color I wanted but they didn’t have my size, I went to the register to order it but she took the time to go check in the back and they had it! Ally really went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. Lululemon is pricey, but experiences like this really validate why I spend so much of my money with them. I truly am so grateful for Ally’s kindness and her willingness to help in an unfortunate situation like this....
Read moreI recently made a purchase at Lululemon for $120. As we all know, Lululemon is not cheap. When I politely asked if I could please get a larger shopping bag, since the product didn’t even fit properly into the tiny one I was given, the employee rudely snapped back, saying: “If you had bought something bigger, I would’ve given you one.”
Excuse me?!
That kind of attitude is disrespectful, unprofessional, and disgusting. I came into the store to enjoy my shopping experience, to feel good about my purchase. Instead, I was talked down to and treated with complete disregard. The employee acted like a complete jerk.
Lululemon, this is absolutely unacceptable. You are a premium brand, but your customer service is zero. I’m not staying quiet about this — I will be writing directly to your head office. This was not just poor service, it was blatant disrespect, and it genuinely ruined my day.
You need to seriously reevaluate who you hire, because this kind of treatment will drive your loyal customers...

I went in to return/exchange items I had laying around that I never used, brand new with tags on it. I was accused of trying to return counterfeit lululemon items - she didn't even ask for my receipt...when I showed my receipts she quickly shut up knowing she was in the wrong. I'm guessing in the store SOP, an employee should be asking for the receipt prior to accusing any customer of counterfeit items. I was appalled I have NEVER been treated like that in any retailer - I was honestly going to purchase all the inventory in the store just to prove a point and then return it the next day. The worst experience I have ever had and now they have lost a 12+ year customer of the brand. They should be ashamed and I have run this experience all the way...
