Mud Bay — Attraction in Mukilteo

I stopped in with my puppy (Winston) to kill some time while I was in the area and I was very impressed with this pet store! They have a huge variety of chewy treats, dry treats, meat treats (beef, chicken, venison, lamb, etc...), and the largest selection of dog food I've seen in recent memory!

The pricing on everything is very competitive with even the largest chain stores. They have samples of just about everything they sell, along with some treats that the staff hands out. I asked an employee for help to find an item and she took me right to it and explained the selection.

This brings me to the staff. They were incredible! Very nice/friendly and knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. They made recommendations based on Winston's size, age, and breeds. They wer wonderful with him!

Winston also met another dog there that was as friendly as he is, so the two got to play with eachother for a bit.

I have nothing negative to say about this place, if you need dog food or treats this is a fantastic retail establishment. I highly recommend stopping in, if anything, just so your dog can sniff around and be spoiled by the...

I absolutely love mud bay! But my experience today was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe a reminder to your employees that they are not veterinarians would do the trick. I explained to one of the girls what my vet had told me to buy for my dogs food, and she suggested something that didn’t quite fit. When I explained exactly what my vet said, she told me that that may not be the issue. I’m sorry, I just think it’s best that I listen to my vet, and that your employees listen to the vets too. Luckily, I know better than to go against my vets advice, however some may just listen to the employee and this could cause a medical issue. Now please don’t get me wrong! I love shopping here and I love that you guys carry healthy dog food at reasonable prices and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I also very much love the variety and price on the treats!! That’s...

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My dogs were out of food, and I was having one of those days where thing after thing was putting me behind schedule and by the time I would have arrived to this location it would have been a minute before closing. I called the location and Connor quickly answered with outstanding charisma, and was more than willing to grab the dog food I needed for me while I was on the way. I arrived at exactly closing time and felt like such an asshat for doing so, but Connor was completely unbothered by it and even reassured me it wasn't an issue when I apologized. On top of all of that, Connor even helped me with a ton of questions I had for cat food alternatives to the pricey junk we've been getting, and even gave me 2x free samples to try rather than buying a whole case.
