I definitely will not be back here. I have had the worst experience as far as restaurants go with this location. I have been on a run-a-round trying to get to a resolution and kept getting told different things. I placed a pickup order a few hours in advance to pick up on the way home, and when I got there it wasn’t done. It took a while for someone to talk to me, I just kept getting looked at. After a minute I finally get asked if I had the pick up order which I said yes, and she cut me off raising her voice “no meat balls. No meat balls. I can make the same sandwich as other one” I said that’s ok just make the same thing as requested just substituting the meat. And then another lady started making them, by this point it is a bit past 4. She had asked me a few times like she was confused about how I wanted it, so I had to keep explaining to just make it the same as ordered, just replace the meat. When she is handing me the sandwiches after rushing to make them she is just going off how she’s sorry and she’s not sure why the other lady did not make them. I get home and open the sandwiches ready to have dinner with my family and I see they are made completely wrong and with ingredients we did not request and that we cannot eat. All we could do was throw them away. I called the store asking if we could just get a refund, and the same lady who made the sandwiches ordered and told me that I can go back to have her make us new sandwiches but she can’t do a refund because she does not know how. I said I don’t really want to go back for another sandwich I would prefer to just get a refund. The lady again said she could not refund as she does not know how to do it and thinks it has to be a manager anyway but she will write down my name and number. She said she will have them look into that, and that if they don’t get ahold of things that she will call me back personally and follow up and have someone help with a refund. And then went on to apologize about everything as it’s her first shift back in a few weeks and ‘she’s kinda off today’ I said ok, and went on with my day. The next day, yesterday, I waited all day for a call and got nothing. I tried to call the store once and it did not go through. I called again today, after 3 attempts of trying to get through to the store after being hung up on, someone finally answered, and it was the same girl AGAIN. She acted shocked when I explained nothing got done and I’m getting frustrated, she was like “They didn’t call you?” I explained how I tried to call and no one would answer, and I got no calls yesterday. I just want my money back. The lady again then said she can’t do a refund without manager numbers but she can text them personally to please look into it tomorrow. And then she said actually can I call you back, of course I said sure. I was hopeful she would talk to someone to help process a refund. Instead, when she called back, she told me that higher ups said I can’t get a refund because it is not the day of the order!!! And my only option is to go in and they can make me a sandwich. I asked her if she explained that I tried to get a refund and SHE told me I CANT GET ONE cause she DID NOT KNOW HOW. She said “well you said you didn’t want to come back” I said “I did not want to come back for a sandwich. No where did you say refund, all you said is that you cannot do one” and so we went back and forth for a minute and she said ‘well I could’ve called a manager to help’ and some more nonsense. I started to block it out at this point. I asked her if she told the higher ups that I have been trying since the day of and she just goes to the “I’m sorry. They are not good managers. This has happened before and I left a note and it was done” and ends with the “I can’t really do anything”. So I asked for a corporate number or email I can contact and she says there is none. And she just kept going off again how they are not good managers. 👍 I just said thanks for trying I guess, then and hung up. Hope nobody else has to deal with this, maybe don’t order ahead for...
Read moreI usually enjoy this particular Subway. The food was made to order & was good. However, for the first time, the customer service was horrid. I walked in and one worker was on the phone, seemed to be taking an order. She just turned around & went to the back. Understandable that she did not stop & help me immediately. On the other hand, there was a second employee in the back. I could see her. I decided to fill my soda cup while I waited for her to come out. But she didn't. What she did do was ignore me. She decided that was the time to fill botttles with dressing right in plain view. Mind you, she started this AFTER I had filled my soda. When she did come out, I was not greeted, nor apologized to for the wait. Just a very bland what do you want. As I gave her my order, a family of 4 came in. My sandwich was in the toaster, so she started their order. She stopped to finish mine, and within 10 seconds, the first employee came back out & apologized to the family for their wait. 10 seconds is how long they waited. Me? Read moreI ordered online to pick it up myself. When I got home and took the first bite I found a foreign object in my sandwich that almost broke my tooth! I immediately spat it out and saw a black round and hard like rock object. I took the food back to the store and Calvin the only employee at the time told me he didn’t make the sandwich and did not know what to do or say! I asked him to call his manager and so he did. I could not hear what he told him but when Calvin came back to talk to me he only said “ My manager (Maxwell) is in a meeting and won’t be here anytime soon” at this point I was furious! I then asked: “ok what am I supposed to do come back later? Or wait for him?” He said I don’t know! I took a picture of the sandwich and asked for my money back.
